Excellent!!!

Excelente atención por parte del personal. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias, la comida del restaurabte deliciosa, lo único que aiempre comento es que deberiam extender el horario del almuerzo, cuando se está de vacaciones se busca despertar tarde y encontrar aún café y pancakes sería excelente.

This was our second time staying at the property—our first visit was seven years ago. We returned because we had such a great experience the first time, and we were pleasantly surprised to see that the new ownership has made significant improvements. The property now features a beautiful pool and a picturesque dock extending into the lagoon, complete with hammocks for relaxing. They also offer a boat tour of the lagoon, which was excellent. Our guide was fantastic, and even though we were running late, they kindly accommodated us with a later departure. We were celebrating our son’s 15th birthday, and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. They arranged for a cake, decorated his room, and even sang Happy Birthday. The food throughout our stay was delicious, and a highlight was the woman making fresh corn tortillas on-site, they were incredible.

Es un hotel muy bonito, consta mente el personal te apoya en lo que se necesite mi única petición es que no había una tienda para comprar snacks. El resto estuvo muy bien

The hotel is an oasis on teh Lake with great waterfront location with on-site pool, restaurant and dock facilities.

Excelente para descanso, buena limpieza y buen acceso al lago. AlbercS y Jacuzzi limpio. Servicio de comida demasiado caro para lo que es. Sin varieda.
