We were upgraded to a family room. It 's just sad that the wifi was not working well knowing that everyone had to work online.

I do work while traveling. So ang una ko talaga hinahanap is yung may wifi/internet na room. And I was so excited to stay in this place kasi maganda yung room and nakita ko sa description na may wifi din. It turns out pag dating ko dun sa hotel yung wifi nila nasa lobby lang and wala din signal sa kwarto! I asked the front desk kung may ma e tutulong ba sila sakin kasi kaylangan ko ng internet and ang sabi lang sakin ng front desk, "try nyo nalang po sir sa sulok2 baka maka reach kayo ng internet." gusto ko sana magalit that time, pero not worth it kasi ayoko sirain yubg travel ko.Sinabihan ko nalang yung front desk na lipat nalang ako ng ibang hotel kasi di pwedeng wala akong internet. And yun na nga wala lang silang tulong na naibigay. So sa mga nag wo-work while traveling, this place is a big no!

Staff- are very helpful and professional. We waited for our room to be ready last 2PM. Location- Nearby Restaurants and Establishments, they're just along the Highway. Parking- Plenty of Parking. Room- Quite expected, but there 's no Wifi nor Signal in our room (107) We went to Lobby pa para makapag wifi. Swimming Pool- You need to walk 1-3 minutes to get to their pool. OK naman maganda ung view.

We had a pleasant stay here definitely for our next visit in Tagaytay will stay here again

이곳은 관광 명소, 카페, 레스토랑과 가깝습니다. 하지만 아늑하고 깨끗해서 여행 후 편안하게 쉬고 숙면을 취하기에 좋은 곳입니다.

The place itself is super awesome. The room is very clean, we even had a free upgrade, kaya super ganda talaga ng service nila. Breakfast arrived on time. Very accommodating ang staff and very keen sa needs ng visitors nila. Super glad that we spent our vacation here ❤.

Our stay was great. We've been staying here everytime we go to tagaytay. Clean spacious rooms. The service is always great.

Wala lang akong picture kasi ang totoo nakapagpahinga ako ng maayos dito sa hotel nato saka ang sasarap ng mga free breakfast nila my favorite is American Breakfast. Tip ko lang before kayo magbook via traveloka check niyo po muna kung may promo kasi naka save ako 1,200+ dito its a good thing☺️ and ang feedback ko lang sa mga crew masyadong naghaharutan hindi napapansin yung customer nila. May nakasabay kasi kami kumaen for breakfast nanghihingi ng spoon and fork walang dumadating pero nakikita ko kga crew naghaharutan lang. Sa sobrang gutom na nung kasabay namin kinuha nalang yung spoon and fork sa kabilang table. Pero mabait din naman mga crew masyado lang kampante sa trabaho nila. Siguro kasi puro boys lahat sila at wala akong nakikitang taga supervised sa kanila☺️well thats all i stayed here 3nights and sulit ang pahinga dahil din sa magandang CR Nila ba may bathub nakahiga lang ako☺️🥰

My friend and I stayed here for a night to escape the bustling city of Manila. When we saw a discounted rate here in traveloka, we availed in without having second thoughts. In here, what you see is what you actually get. They have comfortable bed, spacious rooms, relaxing ambiance and approachable staffs. Our booking comes with a free breakfast and we both availed American breakfast, it was really nice and has a great serving. The promo we got was a great deal. Will recommend it and would love to get back here. ♥️♥️

Rooms are clean and spacious. The location is km away from scenic spots and establishments. Will definitely go back to this hotel.
