위치도 좋고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 주차 가능한 점도 좋아요.

기차가 연착이 되서 늦게 체크인했는데 친절하게 응대해주시고 특히 조식으로 나오는 크루아상이 너무 맛있었어요. 그리고 헤어드라이기가 고장이 났다고 말씀드렸더니 바로 다른걸로 교체해주시고 위치도 너무 좋아서 창문열면 프라하성의 야경도 보이고 트램도 바로 탈수 있어요!!! 숙소덕분에 프라하를 좀더 행복하게 보낼 수 있었습니다!! 아 참고로 에어컨도 있고 냉장고도 있어요 이거 없는곳 많은데 둘다 있다는건 엄청난거 아시죠?

very nice staff and wonderful place

허니문 서비스로 장미 장식을 해주셨는데 인상깊었습니다. 야경으로 프라하 성을 볼 수 있는 것이 이 호텔의 큰 장점입니다. 비록 첫날 난방기 고장으로 인해 추위에 떨었지만, 다음날 바로 수리하였고 직원들이 굉장히 친절하였습니다. 다소 객실이 낡았다는 느낌이 있지만 방이 꽤 넓고 위치가 좋아서 다시 이용하고 싶습니다.

작지만 전철과 매우 가까운 호텔이고, 프라하성 뷰 방으로 신청하면 앞이 작은 공원이기 때문에 트인 전망도 괜찮습니다. 방 안의 작은 서비스가 곳곳에서 느껴지고, 인터넷 무료로 쓸 수 있고, 직원들이 매우 친절합니다. 전철뿐아니라 호텔 바로 앞에서 트램을 타고 쉽게 이동 가능합니다. 엘리베이터가 매우 작지만 2명은 탈 수 있어서 짐을 옮기는 데에는 문제가 없었어요. 객실 매우 깨끗하고 상태가 매우 우수합니다.

Great hotel in a wonderful location! Will definitely return and recommend!

Beautiful property - the room was very spacious. Breakfast was really good- quite street yet close to everything. We had a view of the Castel which was a bounce. The only drawback was the wifi was slow and kept disconnecting which was more of an issue to my daughter than to me.

Schönes kleines Hotel

Hotel is keurig en netjes. Ligging is perfect. Ruimte om te ontbijten is redelijk klein en is in de kelder, dat was jammer.

Location was perfect. Our room had several things broken. It wasn’t anything that we couldn’t live with, but broken. Tiles in the bathroom floor were lose, blind chain was broken (they fixed it), shower spray nozzle wasn’t working properly, and there was a huge stain on the carpet. The elevator was a bit tricky to work, so we ended using the stairs each day. All that being said, others in our group had no such issues. We were in room 302. Pink (singer) themed room.

Locatie perfect. Kamers heel mooi en ruim. Ontbijt was alles wat je moet hebben. Enige minpuntjes: veel lawaai en gebonk dat goed hoorbaar is vanaf de gang, de deur blokt niet veel geluid af. De douche in bad is geen probleem, maar de houder is veel te hoog en je bent verplicht om de douchekop manueel vast te houden, wat niet fijn is. Voor de rest was het top!

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I had a ground floor junior suite with direct access to the common garden which made it feel much less like a hotel. Location was excellent - steps away from the path up to the castle, a subway station just across the street, and right next to the bridge into the old town. Staff were very helpful and accommodated a 2 hour early check-in. Highly recommend.

Generally a very nice place, perfectly located for a short city hop with only a few minute walks to the city center. Room was very spacious with a beatiful view of the castle on top of the hill. Only negative thing I would point out is the breakfast. Don't bother with this and use one of the many cafes instead.

Hotel and surrounding was clean and nice but some declared amenities were not available.
