1. 위치: 구글맵만으로 찾기가 어려움. 표지판도 있으나 어두우면 잘 보이지 않음. 바닷가 바로 옆이라 한적하게 시간을 보내기에 좋음. 2. 호텔 시설: 레스토랑이 따로 있고 수영장도 있음. 시설이 멋지게 잘 되어있음. 레스토랑은 다른 건물로 되어있으나 약간 간이 건물 처럼 보임. 올 인클루시브가 있는 관계로 많은 직원들이 하루 종일 상주해있음. 레스토랑은 숙박기간동안 정해진 자리가 있어서 그 자리에서 식사시간 동안 사용하면 됐음. 3. 호텔 방: 화장실이 두 개인 방이었고 방이 꽤 넓었음. 화장실 하나에서는 계속해서 냄새가 나서 사용하지 못함. 타일과 벽에 페인트 색이 잘 어울렸었음. 발코니가 따로 있고 빨래 건조대가 있음. 4. 음식: 뷔페형식이고 따뜻한 파스타, 수프들을 따로 먹을 수 있고 다른 것들도 종류가 꽤 됐음. 그러나 날벌레들이 굉장히 많았고 위생상 좋아보이지 못하는 느낌을 받음. 5. 기타: 방문했을 때 여러 노인분들로 이루어진 각기 단체들이 많았음. 주로 노인분들 단체 관광 숙소로 사용되는 것 같음. 레스토랑에서 모두 노인분들이고 그 중간에 있으려니 잘못된 곳에 온 느낌을 받음. 대부분의 서비스도 단체 손님들 위주였음.

Tolle Anlage, sehr ruhig und immer genug Liegen

Mi spiace perché la scorsa volta avevamo valutato 5 stelle questo hotel. Abbiamo preso ancora la suite quadrupla, anche se siamo solo due adulti, per avere lo spazio per la culla per il neonato di 3 mesi che, come segnalato 6 mesi fa all’hotel in fase di prenotazione, viaggiava con noi. Questa volta ci è stata assegnata una camera a detta loro “suite quadrupla” dove con dentro solo me e mio marito non avevamo più lo spazio per la culla del neonato. La soluzione consigliataci dall’hotel era di metterlo in un corridoietto da solo o nel letto con noi(soluzione periocolosa in quanto rischio soffocamento). In più la camera assegnata era esattamente accanto al piano bar dove cantavano a squarciagola la notte e mio figlio di tre mesi non è riuscito a dormire passando la notte in lacrime (camere con insonorizzazione pari 0). Chiedendo una soluzione durante la notte mi è stato detto che erano pieni. Alla reception ci hanno detto che tanto ormai avevamo pagato e quindi eravamo obbligati a stare lì se non volevamo perdere i soldi. O danno nomi falsi alle camere solo per attirare clienti o ci hanno messo in una camera diversa.

Breakfast buffet was excellent. Property was nice can use some improvements. Staff at the front desk were nice and cleaning personnel was very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Pietrablu Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. We also loved seeing the free-roaming bunnies around the hotel. The pool temperature was just right.

It’s an amazing place to disconnect from the reality for a little bit. The service was outstanding! Highly recommended!

Muy bien el hotel muy tranquilo

My family and I really enjoyed staying at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean. Part of our resort package we had breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. We were five minutes away from Polignano a mare, and other beaches such as Porto Rosso and Porto Ghiacciolo the resort provides free parking.I would recommended this resort.

O quarto è orimo . A comida muito boa . Variedade . Piscina boa . Tem cadeiras sempre na praia . O único defeito grave è o tamanho do box do banheiro . Não dá pra gordinho usar . Batíamos os braços pra lavar a cabeça de tão pequeno . A distância da cidade è rapida .

Hotel maravilhoso com praia privativa ( raro na região da Puglia). Café da manhã incrível com muitas opções frias e quentes! O jantar também muito bom.. com música ao vivo no bar durante a noite!

Everything is very clean, the whole complex was spotless. The staff are incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. We had a birthday cake made by the chef for our daughter's birthday, very good price, too. The food ar each mealtime was great, and different every day. We had a perfect time here, I would come here agaim 100%

Excelente atendimento, total atenção para dieta gluten-free com muitas opções tanto no café da manhã como nos restaurantes do hotel. Parabéns a Sra. Enza, certificada para esse atendimento especial! O hotel é muito confortável, especialmente se vc está de carro, pois tem amplo estacionamento e é gratuito.

Nossa estadia foi incrível, o hotel é limpíssimo, os funcionários muito agradáveis, café da manhã satisfatório e jantar delicioso.

This hotel and the staff were very nice! The only reason I am rating it four stars is because I don't think families are their target guest population. It seemed like they had some kind of contract with an elderly bus tour company. There were several large tour buses that came in and out during our stay. My family and I stayed for several days and we were the only family we saw. The average age of everyone we saw was 65+. And we saw dozens of people at the pool/beach/breakfast/around the hotel. My daughter is in grade school and was very excited for the pool. So she was playing and giggling in the pool. We received many less than friendly looks from all the elderly guests trying to sleep/sunbathe. It was like this every single day my daughter swam in the pool, which was uncomfortable. She was not screaming or over the top splashing. And she was usually the only one in the large pool. At breakfast, they have all the indoor tables reserved for the bus tour groups. We ended up sitting outside due to the lack of available tables. Most of them were empty the entire time we ate, but they were still reserved. The third day they had available space for us to eat inside. Our room was very spacious and clean. And the front desk staff were kind enough to prepare a to-go breakfast box for us since we had a 0700 flight and had to leave early. If you are someone who doesn't mind dirty looks for having children who play, 10/10 recommend this hotel.

Daytime excellent: breakfast, lunch, pool & other facilities. Nighttime: a la carte restaurant poor, buffet OK but expensive option, overall lacked soul. Recommend offering a bar menu until 9pm. A ‘game of two halves’ we loved our daytimes but not nights at the resort.
