I stayed 1 night. But I have already stayed here 3times. Whenever I stay, I was satisfied with everything. If I visit there again, I don't hesitate to stay here.

I stayed 1 night with my friend. All staffs are very nice. And all facilities are very antique. Moreover, the location was perfect! It was very safe and silent.

An oasis of calm inside the Mdina city walls with a nice restaurant next door. Room with own terrace was a really nice treat and enjoyed a hot tub afternoon. Views fantastic and breakfast the follow day pleasant on the terrace (breakfast included - just extra for hot breakfast like English or eggs Benedict) Stayed in room 7 which was split level and gorgeous - would have happily stayed longer although to note rooms 5, 6 & 7 are under the breakfast terrace/indoor seating area and for about 2 hours 9.30pm - 11:30pm there was a lot of banging and scraping on the floor…. Do not know what was being done for such a sustained duration and it did spoil the evening a little. Also too 7 terrace gets glorious sun in the morning / early afternoon but then is completely Shaded so depends on your preference for sun time (loungers and brolly provided)

What can I say! Just the best hotel I have stayed at (and there are many). Beautiful building, beautiful room, fabulous staff. Nothing is a problem. Will be back for sure.

The staff are exceptionally to say the least- my only criticism is that Mdina can be done in a day- good to show how you can keep this brilliant hotel as a base for exploring Malta- although should have asked this before and the brilliant staff would have stepped up.

This was a elegant experience start to finish. Highly recommend Xara Palace for first-class service.

The staff was exceptional, especially with the excellent efforts to help arrange tours, transportation and wine tastings. More than anything (setting aside the excellent, unique, location and restaurant), the staff helpfulness was most appreciated.

What a beautiful place. Large clean rooms. Breakfast with a magical view. The staff were all incredibly amazing. So lovely and generous with their time to ensure I had a fantastic stay and also make sure the rest of my stay in Malta would be memorable

Fabulous staff. Lovely room making best use of a grand old building. Restaurant is exceptional too. Outstanding service and a very talented chef. If you stay here do not miss walking the ‘silent city’ in the dark.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at the Xara Palace. Our room was beautiful, with a spectacular view, beautiful furnishings and artwork. The staff were very attentive and friendly making for a great experience during our entire visit. Highly recommended. Staying inside the Mdina walls was another unbelievable experience as the tourist crowds disappear at night and you can truly experience the‘Silent City’

This property is stunning and located in Mdina. Although the walled city is busy during the day, it is absolutely stunning and quiet at night. The staff at the hotel go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay. Cannot recommend this property enough!
