I honestly regret booking this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was frustrating. The older man at reception was incredibly rude and dismissive, acting like basic customer service was too much to ask. The younger staff member at least acknowledged the issue, but did absolutely nothing to help—basically telling us we either had to pay for the hotel parking or go find somewhere else. So even when they knew it was wrong, they still forced us into it.
The elevator situation is a joke. I waited nearly 10 minutes for it multiple times—at that point, you’re honestly better off taking the stairs every single time.
One of the biggest problems was the false advertising. The website clearly suggests that parking is included, which is completely misleading. In reality, you’re expected to pay for street parking, not hotel parking. Even when this was pointed out, the older receptionist refused to take any responsibility or offer any kind of solution. Just denial and attitude.
Breakfast was another disappointment—exact same options every single day with zero variety. It got old fast.
The pool? Completely overcrowded, to the point where it’s not even enjoyable. And everything is overpriced for what you actually get.
The room itself was also nothing like the photos. Instead of anything remotely scenic, the view was just old buildings and other hotel rooms—definitely not what was advertised.
The ONLY positive part of this stay was the cleaning staff. The ladies were incred
