The receptionists were really nice and the breakfast was fantastic! They serve poached egg, egg benedict, omelette, pancake and fresh fruit juice. Wish there is exchange place or ATM machine in the hotel. I don't about the location.. chose the place because of its name value and in general it was worth staying!

The rooms were clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful. Always recommend. Also the staffat restaurants Mr Anurag and the cheif Chef was excellent talking to clients and giving services and advice Always recommended

The room feels a bit old to be honest. But everything else is great and i believe it’s one of the best hotels in Chandigarh.

Room was good, staff OK, but overall this hotel is slipping. I have stayed there three times before and 5 years ago it was great, but it is in decline. They are not investing in it to maintain its quality. It’s small things really, like the reception desk is worn and frayed, room door does not seal and the noise of people yelling in the hallway is clearly heard in the room, and the staff seem jaded and disinterested. It’s still a fairly nice hotel and the room layout is one of the nicest you’ll find. But it just needs a refresh. It was the best in Chandigarh and it would be great if it could maintain that.

Helpful staff, clean rooms

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights... I really enjoyed the comfort of my room. I also appreciated the sauna. And the different dining options that the hotel offers were also all very enjoyable experiences. I would be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

Overall good experience. Breakfast options were really good and chefs really worked hard to accommodate food requests. Some staff were excellent others were good. Tanvi was very helpful and patient in arranging for airport pickup and giving info about people to call.
