The receptionists were really nice and the breakfast was fantastic! They serve poached egg, egg benedict, omelette, pancake and fresh fruit juice. Wish there is exchange place or ATM machine in the hotel. I don't about the location.. chose the place because of its name value and in general it was worth staying!

Great hotel, we stayed for two nights. We ate at Saffron and also stopped for tea and cake at the Baking Company which was really nice. The breakfast was also really good, particularly the eggs which were made to order. We couldn’t decide between staying here or at the Oberoi but glad we chose the JW Marriott as it was more modern and offered greater facilities. My wife also used the spa and had a massage during our stay which she thoroughly enjoyed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Not worth the money

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! This place is literally heaven on Earth. The staff exceeds all expectations. The amenities are perfect. The restaurants are top notch. The managers will resolve even the slightest inconvenience in a short period of time with little to zero stress on the customer. The ambience of the hotel is astonishing and the SCENT evokes serenity. Special thanks to F&B manager Mahesh, staff member Sagar and receptionist Jogita. These 3 especially deserve high accolades!!!
