딱한가지 아쉬운건 화장실 문이 없다는것~~~ 객실도 편하고 주차도 지하에 바로할수있지만 모든방의 욕실문이없다하여 당황과황당....

For the price i think it’s the most luxurious hotel ive ever stayed at. Very high quality and secure car park underneath for a fee, well worth it. Restaurant was not what id expected for a 5 star hotel, but adequate adn food tasted great.

Lovely room and bed which was very comfortable and clean. The 23€ for parking is a little expensive with most hotels wherever you go charging 10-15 per night/day for parking. We were quoted 15€ per person to use the spa so went for a look. We had stayed here previously and were not charged to use the pool etc and at that time (possibly 5 or 6 years ago) we thought it was a little rundown and slightly dirty. This time it is pretty much completely run down and dirty. The same wooden floors are not even a 3 star standard never mind 5 star. The rim of the pool needs scrubbing and bleaching. Overall a little disappointing stay considering it’s supposed to be a five star hotel.

Second time staying here, great location for central Zaragoza and plenty of good local restaurants and bars within walking distance. Lovely big rooms. Staff always friendly and helpful.

Finding the hotel carpark proved impossible, but the one under the hotel, accessed from the hotel entrance was fine, if confusingly huge. The ultra contemporary facilities were annoying. Having the bathroom open to the bedroom means the entire room is illuminating, when someone uses the bathroom area. The electric automatic blinds were damaged and let in light. The the smart remote for the TV didn’t work, but there were English speaking channels available. Public area not particularly comfortable, no atmosphere really. Style over substance is my overall experience. Not terrible, just not great.

Habitación amplia y muy limpia, la recepción del hotel está abierta toda la noche y en la zona había zonas para aparcar sin problema.

Bien situado y con magnífico aparcamiento. Repetiremos.

Elegí ese hotel porque tenia piscina, al llegar pr poder usarla tenías que pagar 15€. Publicita su piscina pero no su pago a parte. Pagar un hotel de 5 estrellas y tener que pagar aun más por utilizar sus servicios deberían de ser ilegal

Le meilleur hôtel de Saragosse. Des équipements (mention spéciale pour la piscine et le spa) aux personnels, tout était là pour un séjour parfait. Merci pour l’accueil.

AC was terrible check-in was confusing with parking round up out in the park out on the street no signage very hard to understand for someone who doesn’t drive in Spain every day no coffee in the room had to go downstairs making it yourself

Chambre propre. Bon équipement. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Very good hotel but missing 2 basic things for a 5* hotel: no free bottled water in the rooms and no WiFi

Colazione molto varia e qualità ottima. La camera spaziosa e il letto molto comodo. A mio parere il personale è cordiale ma quando ho chiesto info sulla città/servizi in zona non sono stati molto d’aiuto.
