Rooms were spacious with a big living room. Bathroom water was strong too. Check-in staff were fast, efficient, and very helpful. The only downside was I was there were trash cans available in every room. Had to go all the way to the bathroom to throw anything.

대체로 숙소는 깨끗한 편이나 다소 룸이 눅눅했습니다. 이것은 아마도 주변지역이 숲으로 둘러 쌓여 있기 때문이 아닐까 생각합니다. 침구류는 뽀송했으며 소파나 쿠션은 앉기에는 조금 좋지 않았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 아침식사 또한 훌륭하지 않았나 생각합니다.

Excellent property! Loved everything about it! Ambiance: Authentic, romantic, upper scale without being too fancy. Property; Excellent condition all the way around. Online photos are an accurate representation. Room: we booked master deluxe matrimonial. Great balcony. Could kinda see the river thru the trees. Spacious Gym: 1 elliptical, 2 bikes, 2 treadmills, rower and LOTS of weights. Excellent condition. Bkst: Many different options and something for everyone. Location: Just far enough outside of downtown to feel not so touristy, more authentic and jungle like. Close enough we could walk to downtown (approx 15 min). Uber was EASY to use to the parks & inexpensive. Uber was the same price or cheaper for 2 people than the bus believe it or not! Suggestions/tips: Gym: Doesn’t open until 7 am. Couldn’t work out in the morning before tours. We left each day by 7:30-8 am. Gyms at properties usually open much earlier or even 24 hrs. Mid stay I asked them about this and they said to call the front desk to request an earlier open. Thank you. Shower floor: slippery. Be careful! Some kind of traction applied to floor might be helpful. Room 221: The entire left side of the wrap around balcony looks at a half torn down bldg being restored supposedly? Would suggest putting a privacy screen on that side of the Bldg 2 so people don’t see that view. None of these took away from our stay. Just suggestions or tips. Thanks for a great stay

Muy lindo hotel aunque un poco alejado del pueblo, está a la orilla del río y es muy lindo oír el sonido del correr de las aguas, verde todo verde inmerso en la naturaleza. Las instalaciones y decoración moderna. Me gustó mucho.

Localização privilegiada pela natureza, contato direto com paisagens preservadas, ar puro e vistas panorâmicas. Excelente atendimento, equipe muito cordial! O quarto que ficamos era completo, silencioso e limpo!

O hotel é lindo dentro da mata. Um pena que a piscina principal estava em manutenção. O restaurante do hotel é delicioso. Aproveitamos para jantar nele no dia que chegamos. Voltaríamos novamente. Equipe super atenciosa.

Increíble hotel! El personal súper amable!10/10! La comida des restaurante es exquisito, además con opción gluten free. El desayuno buffet es muy abundante y variado. Definitivamente una experiencia maravillosa en el hotel. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, el baño bastante espacioso.

Hotel com estrutura excelente, porém com alguns trechos em reforma. Atendimento prestativo e muito atencioso de todos os funcionários. Tem um restaurante para jantar bem saboroso. Precisamos sair antes do café da manhã e providenciaram um pequeno lanche para levarmos ao aeroporto. Voltaria com certeza.

We really enjoyed our stay - absolutely lovely hotel and property! We only had 2 short nights and wish we could have stayed longer. The staff is very hospitable and organized transportation for us throughout! We left to early to have breakfast on day 2 and the hotel packed is to go boxes! We would LOVE to stay here again! Excellent place for your vacation

Our hotel stay was wonderful. The property is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous views everywhere you look, and the staff could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Our room had the most incredible view, which made the experience even more special. The pool area was stunning as well. We visited during the off-season, so it wasn't quite warm enough for a swim, but we still loved spending time there enjoying drinks and lunch while taking in the scenery. What really stood out was the exceptional hospitality. The staff graciously helped coordinate a wine delivery to my parents' room for their anniversary, which was such a thoughtful touch and made their celebration even more memorable. Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind, helpful, and eager to make our stay special. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would happily return.

A estadia foi excelente! Funcionários muito prestativos e educados. Quarto limpo e bem moderno, destaque para a sacada virada para o rio e com o barulho de cachoeira. Destaco também o restaurante do hotel que é um dos melhores da cidade. Foi o melhor chorizo que comi em Puerto Iguazu até hoje.
