전반적인 시설 노후

방도 크고 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다 수영하기엔 날씨가 좀 추웠지만 따뜻한 자쿠지가 있어 괜찮았어요 식사할곳이 마땅찮은데 택시타고 5분정도 거리에 로컬식당들이 쫙 있어서 이틀을 그곳에서 이용했는데 택시들이 그곳에 안갈려고 합디다 자기들이 안내하는 식당으로 가야한다고 하는것같아서 둘째날은 걸어서 갔어요 식당이 정말 대박이었거든요 음식들도 맛있고 너무친절해서 숙소보다 기억에 더 남습니다

주변 인프라가 없는게 아쉽지만 휴양하러 오기 너무 좋은 호텔이예요~ 조식뷔폐는 괜찮은데 식당들은 별로예요 호텔 셔틀이있으니 시내나 면세에 있는데서 나가서 먹을꺼 사와서 먹으면 됩니다!

빌라에 숙박했는데 중국호텔답게 사이즈가 엄청났었다 빌라까지 카트로 이동이 가능한데 직원들 교육이 부족해서 그런지 과속을해서 위험했었다 화장실 변기에서 냄새가 조금 나고 샤워꼭지가 빠지는것 빼고는 시설들은 아주 훌륭하다 수영장이 아주 크고 다양해서 가족여행하기에 좋았고 아침 조식 부페의 양식들이 조금 부족한반면 중식당음식들은 아주 맛있었다 직원들이 영어를 잘 못하는것만 제외하면 시설은 매우 훌륭했다

패밀리 패키지를 이용했는데 공항 무료 픽업과 r-cade 무료 이용, 15시 체크아웃 등 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장이 아이들 놀기 너무 좋게 되어 있고 시내 나가는 호텔 무료셔틀도 있어 지내기 좋았습니다. 다만 객실에 꿉꿉한 냄새가 좀 났습니다

가격대비 매우 만족 조식은 매우 별로..

This was the first time for me to stay at a resort in China, so I didn't set my expectation too high, but the service at this hotel was quite disappointing. Here are some of the major complaints I had: 1. Right after check in, I went to room C278 (as told and written on the key envelope). But there was no room numbered 278 in tower C, and we walked into a dead end at room 276. After wandering around for 15 more minutes, we found out that the room was in the Tower D. (yes, this is a big resort, so such a mistake could be critical). 2. Our initial room had quite a nasty odor of cigarettes to a degree that I couldn't stand. I asked for a change of rooms, and the receptionist said she found a new room and that she had sent someone, so I should just wait in my room. More than 15 minutes had passed and no one arrived. I called the reception again and was asked if I had packed my stuff and were ready to move into a new room. This was unexpected since they were supposed to have sent someone 15 minutes ago. We ended up moving half an hour later. They could have communicated better to avoid the wait (especially when we were about to go out for dinner). By the way, we had reserved a non-smoking room. 3. The next day, after door-belling a few times, we had two service staff each barge in without asking for permission. He said that he is giving out some small cookies and cakes as a Christmas gift. (couldn't finish because of 1500 char limit)

Crews are kind, but most of them cannot speak English.

큰규모의 리조트에 놀랐고 깔끔하고 깨끗한 내부시설도 좋았습니다.직원들도 친절하였구요. 가족끼리 편하게 쉬고 오기 좋았어요. 수영장과 비치도 맘에 들었습니다. 아기가 어려서 리조트 안에서만 놀다 올 생각으로 가서 잘 놀다왔지만 주변엔 정말 아무것도 없더라구요.. ㅎㅎ 단순 휴양이 아니라 관광까지 생각한다면 위치가 조금 안좋을수도 있어요- 그리고.. 흔한 편의점 하나 없기때문에.. 식사,군것질거리에 대한 아쉬움이 있습니다. 그래도 대체적으로 아주 만족스러워요~~ ^^

휴가로 인해 하이난 르네상스 리조트 찾게되었는데요,듣던대로 규모가 정말 어마어마하게 큽니다~바다도 바로 연결되어 아이들 모래놀이하기에도 좋았구요, 수영장이 무지 다양하고 크게 넓어서 온가족 즐기기에 부족함이 없던 최고의 리조트였어요!^^ 강추합니다

시내랑은 좀멀지만 호텔은 깔끔하고 좋았습니다

다른 모든 것은 좋았으나 위치가 공항에서 너무 멀어 새벽에 떨어지는 한국 스케쥴상 너무 많은 택시비(한국보다 비싼 바가지 요금)를 지출했음. 그리고 주변에 인프라가 없어 리조트를 벗어나기 어려움.

The room and the food were both good but the biggest is just that about no one speaks English there (I met just one who did. Of all the people, all were Asian except me. The hotel is huge and difficult to navigate Posting more directional signals would be a big benefit.

Hotel is dated and needs a refurbishment. The addition of a heat pool would allow for winter swimming like at other hotels in Sanya. Restaurants were limited in selection and tired. Location seemed away from the any other decent off-site dining so overall not a great location if you are looking for a winter retreat.

We enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and the facilities were clean. The pool area was fantastic. Several different swimming areas with many different activities. Food and drink service at the pool and room service took 30-40 minutes. On our first day, lunch took over an hour to receive our food. We had to remind them of our drink order and that was received about 40 minutes after it was first ordered. Swimming is not allowed in the ocean. Overall, the staff was helpful and friendly but I was disappointed in the service times. Although, this is very typical of China.

We were looking for a resort away from the hustle and bustle and this was it! Great service, great food, everyone was super friendly. The rooms were a little musty would be my only complaint. A big shoutout to our restaurant server, Devin! He took such great care of our dining and beverage needs from start to finish! I would defintely go back. Note that you cannot swim in the ocean here because of the currents but it’s a beautiful private beach to walk along and stick your toes in.

酒店很大，但是設施都相對老舊 房間的蚊蟲還是有一些，但可以理解 因為室外的綠葉造景比較多 房間是靠近海邊跟泳池 但是管理的不是太理想，居然好多人在泳池邊上抽菸 完全打壞度假的好心情 早餐也是有點恐怖，人超多滿混亂 只能說假期間，員工還是比較辛苦的

It’s a awesome! Breathtaking ocean view, unbeatable beach, nice and quite. Will definitely come back again!

The hotel was well maintained. Great service! Beautiful and quiet beach. We enjoyed the pool side restaurant for lunch, full of sunshine and gorgeous view. The tennis court left us with happy memory. We got updated to the ocean view room. Every morning woke up with amazing sunrise view.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. My girlfriends birthday was at the same time as our stay and the hotel kindly upgraded us. Additionally they provided a romantic dinner on the beach for two for a very good price and I would recommend it to any couple. This was a wonderful hotel and experience
