Doors, windows, and things in the room are quite old. There are large noices from outside street (seems like motorcycle parking lot nearby), and weak but unpleasant smell in the room. Room was not cleaned throughout our stay, just towel exchange, leaving debris on the floor. Would not recommend for longer stay.

숙박하는 동안 건물내 기계음과 도로 소음에 시달려야 했습니다. 출입도 매우 불편하고 제공되는 물도 없습니다. 한국분들은 이용하기 어려울 것 같습니다.

출장 여행이었는데 아주 편안하고 즐거운 숙박이었습니다. 매니저 아저씨 사람 너무 좋으시고 항상 붙어다니는 강아지 고제트도 하는짓이 이뻐요. 다만 저처럼 출장이 목적인 경우에는 조식이 8시 15분 부터라 약간 늦은것, 빅터 휴고 거리 자체가 큰길인데도 사람이 없고 한적해서 평일 8시 이후로는 다니기 좀 무섭습니다. 실제로 동네 놈팽이 같은 애들이 말걸고 해서..ㅎㄷㄷ 했죠. 낮시간에 다니는데는 문제 없고 간단한 관광 안내 체크아웃 후에 짐도 맡아 주시고 편안한 가정집 같은 분위기 방안에 간단한 조리시설등 저한테는 딱 좋더군요 사람 냄새나고 ㅎㅎ 가격대비 좋은 호텔입니다 강추해요!!

주인 아저씨와 강아지가 정말 친절해요. 덕분에 근교 여행까지 잘 다녀왔어요. 근데 개 무서워 하시는 분은 좀 피하시는 게 좋을 듯합니다. 와이파이는 객실에서 동영상을 볼 정도로 빵빵했어요. 객실의 수가 적어서 그런지 조용해서 휴식을 취하기 좋았습니다. 근데 가격에 따라 방의 크기가 다르고, 아파트라 처음에 찾기 좀 어려웠어요. 건물 번호 보고 확신하시면 되요. 중심가에서 도보로 이동이 가능하지만 짐이 많다면 좀 힘들어요.

98번 공항버스 내리는 곳과도 가깝고 해변과의 거리도 좋고. 주인 아저씨 인상도 좋으시고 키우는 개도 너무 순둥이였다. 무엇보다, 방도 가격에 비해 꽤 넓고 깔끔했으며 편안한 기분이 드는, 화장실도 깨끗했으며 모든게 완벽했다! 조식도 깔끔했고.ㅎㅎ 한달 유럽여행 일정 중 가장 맘에들던 호텔! 호텔 넘 맘에들어 일정 변경해서 하루 더 묵고싶은 기분이 등 정도였다.ㅎ 다음에 니스를 또 가게 된다면 다시 방문하고싶은 그런 곳임.^^

Gilles and Marius were wonderful hosts. The hotel was amazing and the area is steps from the promenade, restaurants and transportation

Gilles was an excellent host. Very helpful and a very comfortable stay. The hotel is conveniently located for those taking the train, and when we left for the airport the tram is across the street. Lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a short four block walk to the Promenade.

Gill, the proprietor is a gem! So helpful during the months prior to my visit and once I got here. My luggage was lost and he accommodated me so I could be comfortable and get on with my visit to Nice. I absolutely loved my little room overlooking the beautiful tree lined boulevard. Breakfast was delicious. Great vibes at this place!

We loved our stay in Nice and should haves stayed longer! Giles and his pup Maurice were great hosts and really made us feel welcomed. Small but complete breakfast matched the room but in the best part of the city so worth it! So close to tramways and train station, ((when not on strike) but we walked everywhere which was so easy! Hope to come back again!!!

Autentisk frank palævilla. Studiolejlighed med udsigt til gademiljø, som man næsten er en del af. Hjemligt. Værten gjorde rigtig meget for at gæsten skulle føle sig velkommen. Besværlig indgang til hotel.

A very small hôtel. This is not your typical hotel. the rooms were clean and comfortable and although the facility is small the rooms had a bedroom space and a kitchen dinning area. Gilles was very friendly and extremely helpful with any request and suggestions. For a budget friendly place in a very touristy town it’s difficult to find a better location, close to the English promenade, old Nice, train and tram station. I would return again

The location is not bad, but this is not a typical hotel. I would characterize it like renting a room in an apartment complex. The manager is hovering and checking on breakfast like if you eat more bananas

This hotel is in a beautiful neighbourhood within easy walking distance to the Promenade des Anglais. It is also right across the street from a convenient tram line that goes directly to the city centre. The owner Gilles is friendly and gives helpful advice. The hotel is very reasonably priced for the area. We really enjoyed our stay.

Accueil chaleureux de Gilles et son chien Marius ! Ambiance très sympathique. Petit déjeuner où rien ne manque. Point positif supplémentaire si besoin la chambre était équipée d'un réfrigérateur et d'un micro-ondes ainsi que de la vaisselle. L'hôtel est très bien situé et son accès sécurisé. Merci à Gilles pour sa compagnie sympathique lors des petits déjeuners.

Few blocks to the promenade with an awesome view of Nice French Riviera. Fare roomrate though property has only few rooms. Gentleman at desk was helpful.
