A wonderful hotel with bright modern rooms. Excellent facilities and possibly the most polite and attentive staff I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Food is excellent with plenty of choice at each meal. The hotel grounds are very impressive with a great trail to walk and gardens to enjoy. All inclusive drinks are very good quality and minimal wait at the bars to be served. This is a hotel where you can really relax and unwind or choose to take part in the many sports and leisure facilities on offer. They even had a Master Chef competition during our stay. It is situated around 25 minute drive from the airport. However, the hotel offer a free shuttle back to the vibrant city centre if you want a break from being pampered at the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great accommodation whilst visiting Marrakech. Thank you Iberostar for making our stay in Marrakech such a memorable experience. Cannot wait to stay with you again in the near future!

Very pretty hotel,

Nice all inclusive with entertainment that is actually so much fun. Clean hotel! Great food options. If you want something specific to eat just ask for it they will make it for you. Delicious coffee and salad. My husband loved the oxtail!

The hotel staff was so nice and accomodating especially housekeeping. The quiet pool was one of the nicest I have ever swam in and clean. What I do have to say is that the food was god awful. If a kid just started cooking it could put out better tasting food. Also no frozen drinks in the desert go figure.

The rooms are old and due for an upgrade. The twin bed kept moving apart.

Nous avons passé des vacances en famille absolument magnifiques dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait : la propreté irréprochable, le confort des chambres, et surtout l’amabilité du personnel qui a su rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. On sent que l’établissement est très bien dirigé, chaque détail est soigné et l’organisation est impeccable. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces merveilleux souvenirs, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly and helpful. The food was good and catered for everyone. Rooms are very clean

I liked the property but unfortunately, there was building works going on in the room next to us so there was a lot of noise and we could not relax in the room during the day. There were a few flies in the restaurant and on the food.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was as expected. Only notes are: - Due to the significant heat during our stay the room was not quite comfortable enough, the AC does work, however requested a fan and was told no. - On-site massages are quite expensive, however this is expected. - Food wise, some vegan options but very hard to tell as signage for allergies is mostly not present or gets mixed up. Also hard to know what the food is.

It was a lovely stay, food was the best part/ great and different food every day , property a bit dated, pools were great and big, entertainment was fun.

We enjoyed our stay at Iberostar Waves in Marrakech. It was clean, beautifully landscaped, delicious food, attentive staff- everything you need to have a relaxing vacation. We would highly recommend!

Fabulous resort, beautiful setting, superb food!

Wonderful stay. 2 adults with 16 year old daughter. We spent most of our days by the adult only Zen pool which was fabulous. The drinks and cocktails were all great, especially the Mojitos. The food was hot, plentiful and a great choice including freshly squeezed orange at breakfast. The ground are beautifully looked after.

Bel hôtel belle piscine restauration très bien cependant l extérieur de l hôtel est sale et loin de tout. Attention si vous réservez un taxi à l accueil. Le taxi arrive en retard et vous demande un prix plus élevé que prévu arrivé à l aéroport ! L accès à la conciergerie bagage n est pas du tout sécurisé

We had a room facing the pool are which can be a bit noisy at night.

The hotel has good facilities. The shuttle to Marrakech was a great free service.

Très agréable , personnel à l’écoute du client. Cadre agréable et les repas au top. Merci aussi aux animateurs qui sont toujours présents et sympa.

Troisième séjour, toujours aussi agréable. Quelques bémols quand même sur la nourriture au buffet qui était moins variée et plus répétitive que les années précédentes, la piscine était également moins chauffée. Merci au personnel, toujours souriant et très professionnel.

Ett fantastiskt fint all-inclusivehoell. Allt fanns för en familj. Tips att sitta ute och äta för den som gillar en lugnare matsal, fanns uppvärmda tält samt en mindre restaurang som rekommenderas. Underbara pooler och bra möjlighet till aktiviteter. Väldigt serviceminded personal. Passa även på att åka in med gratis-bussen till medinan!
