I'm not the kind of person who is always bothered to leave reviews. However, I wanted to leave a review because I was satisfied with this hotel. Good value for money. The staff are so friendly, it's a place I want to visit again. I have visited this hotel twice and have been very satisfied. Koreans take Korean reviews seriously. I am willing to visit here again. Access to the airport is good, but it is a bit inconvenient to use a taxi to get to Bari Central Station, the old town, or the new town. 1. Staff: Be kind and work responsibly for your duties. 2. Facilities: The room I stayed in was tidy and had a work desk. The room was cleaned. The sauna facility was also suitable for relieving fatigue. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly. 3. Others: I used the shuttle service twice, and all the shuttle bus drivers were so kind and drove safely. I arrived earlier than the check-in time on the first day, but they helped me check in a little earlier, and on the last day, they allowed me to leave a little later than the check-out time.

Access to the airport is good, but it is a bit inconvenient to use a taxi to get to Bari Central Station, the old town, or the new town. 저는 이 호텔에 두 번이나 방문했고, 만족도가 매우 높았어요. 한국인분들은 한국인 리뷰 중요하게 보시잖아요. 여기 다시 방문할 의향이 또 있어요. 공항 접근성은 좋은데 바리 중앙역이나 구시가지, 신시가지는 택시를 이용해야한다는 불편함이 좀 있어요. 1. 직원: 친절하고, 본인의 맡은 바에 대해 책임감 있게 업무를 한다. 2. 시설: 내가 묵은 방은 깔끔하고, 업무용 책상이 있다. 방을 깨끗하게 치워 줬다.사우나 시설도 피로를 해소하기에 적절했다. 조식재료로 신선하고, 맛있었으며 직원들도 친절했다. 3. 기타: 셔틀 서비스를 두 번 이용했는데 셔틀버스 운전 기사분들 모두 너무 친절하고, 안전하게 운전을 잘했다. 나는 첫날 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데 조금 일찍 체크인 할 수 있도록 도와주었고, 마지막날 내가 체크아웃 시간보다 조금 늦게 나갈 수 있게 배려해주었다. 1. 출장으로 숙박했는데 잠자리가 편해서 좋았고 아침식사가 좋았음 그 외 직원들이 매우 친절했음

All good, room clean, breakfast good, reception girls very pleasant and helpful, not very centric but good place with convenient store near and a few restaurants round the corner that were ok.

We barely give any reviews, only when the hotel and personal went above and beyond our expectations. All personal are very welcoming and placed a very positive deposition (very entertaining as well), The breakfast buffet is elaborate and the accommodation is superb. The spa facilities are fantastic. It is the best hotel we ever stayed at. Keep up the good work !!!!!

Spa facilities a great bonus to this hotel. Staff excellent & friendly. Room good but there was a smell of smoke drifting into our room most nights which wasn’t good. We would stay again.

It is a nice looking lovely hotel. However i would never have stayed here if i knew that the dance area was going to be a disco blasting music and the DJ unti 1:30 AM. If you are looking to sleep this is NOT the place to stay. I was told by the staff others had complained as well. I was many floors above it and it kept us awake. I was told the manager would conract me. I never heard from the manager. My advice stay elsewhere.

Room condition was ok, room a bit outdated.

Great hotel

Room was comfortable but a little lacking any soul. No kettle to make tea and fridge only 10 cm deep so unable to put own food and drink in it. Need a car or taxi to get central . You must book to have a sauna and steam . There are family hrs so kids playing in those times. We booked outside those hrs but they didn’t stop the children so those rules are pointless. Hey, it’s Italy!
