Sehr dreckig unser Zimmer wurde erst nach Aufforderung gewischt, Handtücher die gewechselt hätten werden müssen wurden wieder gefaltet und ins Regal gelegt richtige Frechheit, Toilettenpapier wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht richtig es wurde nicht kälter als 23 grad Pool-/Terrassenanlage sehr dreckig aber die Pools sauber Essen war auch nicht gut

The hotel has been recently renovated (year or so ago). We've stayed in two different rooms on two different occasions and each of the rooms was scrupulously clean. The staff maintaining the rooms are welcoming, polite and excellent at their jobs. The staff on Reception, in the dining room and the bar are all friendly, helpful and go the extra mile. There is always a wide range of food for breakfast and evening meals. The manager always seems to be busy wherever you go, supporting the staff and welcoming the guests. The hotel seems to be predominantly visited by people from Spain with their families, but we NEVER felt out of place and everyone was welcoming and friendly. The only negative aspect was our lack of the Spanish language which we will be rectifying.

This hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and was an absolute pleasure to stay at.

Todo perfecto y hemos disfrutado mucho solo hay dos cosas que pueden mejorar primero es el olor a cloro de la piscina interior el olor es muy fuerte y si estas sentada en la terraza notas ese olor fuerte a cloro y la cena podia variar un poco sobre todo para los niños por ejemplo nugguets también carne había poca variedad además súper todo

Recently renovated so rooms look like new. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only did be and breakfast so explored local restaurants and bars which are 15 minutes walk away.

La limpieza del hotel un 10 , pero el buffet no me gustó mucho

No air con in rooms in April and they’re extremely warm at night.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Oasis Tropical Hotel. The rooms are lovely & all with balcony. The food for breakfast & dinner was excellent, with lots of choice & all prepared & cooked to a high standard. We loved the swimming pool area, and the bar area. The one thing we were surprised about was the attitude of some of the waitresses in the dining room. They were mostly rude. We had a waitress rolling her eyes at us, telling us to move to a different table because we were 3, and there were 4 placemats! It didn’t spoil our holiday, but it was a bit disappointing!

Their was plenty of fresh fruit available for breakfast and dinner.The freshly cooked pancakes for breakfasr were lovely. Their were also omelettes and toasties Pool area was lovely and clean with plenty of sunbeds

Plenty of choice at breakfast. Lovely spacious room snd great walk in shower. Very clean hotel.

La comodidad de tener tranquilidad y la playa al lado y los paseos a Garrucha.

En la pensión completa no entran ni las bebidas y no me pareció bien. El Hotel limpio y buena playa.

A pie de playa, buena comida y buena animación para niños

Hotel muy bueno, buenas habitaciones, buena limpieza, buen buffet, por poner un pero las piscinas están sucias y bastante turbias.

Buen hotel muy cerca de la playa con todo para pasar unos buenos días de descanso, buena comida y servicios, genial en general

Cama incómoda, minibar con botellas de cortesía pero sin abridor para las botellas. Toallas con manchas y finas como papel de fumar Toda la habitación e incluso el baño con pelos del anterior huésped ya que yo no tengo el pelo largo ni oscuro. Pasar ser un 4 estrellas creo que le sobran las estrellas, estuve en hostales con mejor limpieza, servicios y comodidad
