직원들이 친절하고 깨끗하고 좋습니다. 호텔 위치도 아주 좋고 분위기 있어요~ 주차할 수 있는 공간도 많고 서점, 옷가게, 극장 , 백화점 등 걸어서 쉽게 갈 수 있어요

Chambre impeccable, Personel compétent et très sympathique!

I asked for breakfast to go to make my train. Night desk never relayed the message. Unnecessary scramble and stress in the early am.

Staff was very professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating to me. I had a very late check-in and the hotel staff communicated well, which made the process seamless. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast. Only a 9 min walk from Chur train station.

Lovely hotel. Centrally located. Small room but very comfortable. Lovely and comprehensive breakfast. Very helpful staff especially Mr Reda who checked me in late at night.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town Chur. Our room was newly renovated and was very comfortable. It was spacious enough to accommodate a family of four. We loved it!

Great hotel service and breakfast

Very charming room, stayed 2 nights (got in late on first night). Despite asking early the next day, we were unable to get a dinner reservation for the hotel’s restaurant for that evening, a little surprising. Nor were we offered any help in choosing an alternative - and there were very few options. Perfect location for Christmas Markets.

Morena, the lady at the front desk is the best introduction to any check-in at a hotel and a wonderful ambassador for Chur! She was gracious and so helpful. Hotel is in a great location being in the entrance to the old town. We walked everywhere. The room the bathroom (shower) was a bit challenging being so tiny but we managed. Breakfast had a good selection. Bed and pillows were the best!!

The breakfast was good but when we arrived no food was left they started to replaced the food and the tables were dirty.

The restaurant specialised in local dishes cooked really well.

A hotel conveniently located in the heart of old Chur. Super close to the train station and old town center.

Freundliches Rezeptions-Personal das hilfsbereit ist. Zimmer okay. Frühstücksraum sehr ungemütlich da es unangenehm heiss war und der Raum nicht durchlüftet wurde, obwohl es draussen angenehm kühl gewesen wäre. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt insgesamt nicht (Zimmer zu teuer, für was es ist).

ask for extra fees when check out and didn't provide any service and also didn't inform when check in. NOT recommend this hotel

Nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Walkable neighborhood with dining options. Only downside was no air conditioning. However they do provide an oscillating fan and windows that open.
