깨끗하고 직원분들도 친절했음. 에어컨디셔너가 너무 심하게 시끄럽게 동작하는걸 제외하면 모든것이 정말 좋습니다.

좋은 호텔입니다. 직원분들 모두 친절합니다.

위치는 좋았지만 냉방이 잘 안되서 밤에 더웠음. 시설이 전반적으로 그렇게 뛰어나다고 할 수는 없음

La habitación estaba un poco descuidada, tenia detalles en la pared. Y tv antigua

Good location, one block back from the beach. Room was at the back with a small window looking out to a dark service area was it was nicer to keep the curtain closed throughout my two night stay. Nice size room and bathroom with a good bathroom and shower. Rooftop pool and terrace is nice with good views but pool quite small. On check out I asked to store my bag for a couple of hours and was told there was a charge for it! Never known that in any hotel I've ever been in before so I didn't bother, got a taxi to the hotel I was changing to and left it there for free.

O hotel é excelente! Quarto confortável, amplo, limpo. Café da manhã diversificado. Funcionários atenciosos e gentis. Ótima localização!

Sehr gute Lage, allerdings sind die Zimmer nach hinten sehr laut.

Bra läge med närhet till strand och restauranger. Bra rum med hyfsad standard men det låter lite på kvällen för det är en gata utanför men det är inte allt för högljutt. Du kan även boka resor som fotboll och annat via hotellet så det är mycket bra. Trevlig personal och bra service.

The receptionist Ana was very helpful and accommodating she changed ours room from one floor to other. That made the big difference..

Muito bom o hotel.

Hotel super bem localizado. Muito bom. Quarto espaçoso. Café da manhã bom. Voltarei com certeza. Ótimo custo-benefício!

Ficamos num quarto não muito arejado nem claro o suficiente. O staff sempre muito simpático, com destaque à funcionária da recepção que frequenta a Igreja N. Srª da Paz (com um sorriso genuinamente feliz e hospitaleiro) e ao funcionário que dirige o café da manhã (um espanhol perfeccionista e profissional). O café da manhã não tinha variação (eram sempre os mesmos itens todos os dias). Variava 1 tipo de bolo e 1 item salgado. O resto era praticamente tudo igual. Os preços do bar da piscina e do serviço de quarto eram bem razoáveis. Academia um pouco precária. Somente 2 elevadores p/17 andares, incluindo hóspedes e serviço. Equipe muito enxuta da limpeza gerava uma espera longa pelo serviço.

El hotel es pequeño pero muy bien cuidado, con una buena ubicación cercana a la playa y a la estación del metro. Todas las instalaciones son funcionales y cómodas. La cama grande y cómoda, y la ducha con buena presión y temperatura.

Achei incrível, café da manhã muito bom! Tive um atraso no check in de 30 minutos, se for fazer reserva faça 30 minutos antes de chegar no hotel.

Close to Copacabana beach

Property is runned down. Hallways, elevators, bathrooms need some serious upgrades. Wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend a friend.

Free breakfast and the view on top of the hotel

This hotel ranks as one of the worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. We booked during Carnaval a room with three beds each for 6 girls but needed to add one more to the reservation (we had 5 and needed to add 1). The hotel never responded to the request even after Expedia contacted them twice on our behalf and then they wanted to charge us thousands more for the extra person (no change in room). The manager was rude and Expedia eventually had to intervene (thanks Expedia!). The pool is small and the breakfast was the highlight. It was really just okay but we suspect it got most of us sick. One of us witnessed a man get his phone taken in broad daylight just outside the hotel. Overall, I would never return.
