욕실이 넓어서 좋았고 방안에 온기가 있어 좋았다.위치는 크라쿠프 구시가지에 있고 중앙역에서도 걸어갈만한 거리였다.가성비가 상당히 뛰어난곳이다

Great quiet place close to the main square!!! Huge place!!!

Virkelig dejligt hotel rigtig tæt på den store plads, sengene var for hårde og puderne umulige at folde og ligge ordentligt med men udover det er det skønt

A clean, unique room with lots of space!

Very good accommodation - great room! Amazing location near Market Square!

Good location very close to Old Town Krakow. However if your room is facing the street it can get noisy as there is a bar nearby.

Staff were very helpful especially Olga had breakfast there 2 mornings delicious

Staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Loved the bare brick walls, the arches, the marble flooring. Just everything about the building was unique and looked amazing. Will stay here again

Stayed for 2 nights. I researched a lot before booking and had high hopes since the hotel looked nice. Positives: good location, comfortable bed, and clean. However, the room was overheated. I turned off the air con and radiators and opened the windows, but it was still hot when we returned. I spoke to the receptionist, who unhelpfully suggested opening the windows (despite it being -4°C outside) and offered another room that wasn’t made up—we’d have to bring our own duvets. We didn’t sleep that night. The next day, I spoke to the manager, who was incredibly rude and condescending. He said it was my issue and refused to move us. He also entered the room while we were out, despite a "Do Not Disturb" sign, and left the window open—making the room freezing (it was -1°C outside). The bathroom sink also leaked, but after how I was treated, I gave up and barely slept the second night too. I would NOT recommend staying here - there are loads more options where you can stay somewhere nice plus also will be treated with respect!

Walking distance of main square. Lovely hotel very clean. Comfy bed but pillows not so good. Nice cafe/bar joined to hotel which had good breakfast options

Fantastisk beliggenhet midt i sentrum av gamlebyen, men likevel i en relativt rolig gate. Vi hadde familierom med to soverom og to store og komfortable bad. Svært god plass og kvalitet for pengene. Positivt overrasket! Det er litt dårlig isolert både ut mot gata og mellom rommene, så ørepropper kan være greit. Sengene er litt harde, men god komfort ellers. Inngangen til hotellet er låst fra gata hele døgnet, man må låse opp med romnøkkel. Da vi ankom var det ingen i resepsjonen og vi ble stående og vente noen minutter før vi fikk kontakt og ble sluppet inn. Litt forvirrende når man ankommer for første gang - men helt problemfritt opphold da vi først kom innenfor dørene.

The hotel was beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. The room was spacious and it had tea, coffee and milk. Spa bath was a nice touch. Excellent location 2 min walk to the square. Would definitely recommend

This is a hotel for young people. It’s boutique and has an excellent location but very noisy at the weekend very poor noise proofing from the room above. People coming in late at night playing music and talking loudly all having a good time but at expense of others! Shower is in a bath itself nice but shower attachment about one metre so have to sit or kneel in bath to use. No grab rails. Room wasnt cleaned one day told we had a don’t disturb sign in door but we were out for 7 hours between 9-4 so surely could have been serviced then? One day coffee milk etc wasn’t replaced another night shampoo and shower gel not replaced. So an attractive hotel ideally situated but let down by some basic issues.

Ho molto apprezzato il soggiorno nella struttura e mi son trovato molto bene; ciò che la rende unica è lo stile rustico dei mattoni alle pareti, ma allo stesso tempo è super moderna, calda e accogliente. All’interno della camera ho trovato tutto quello di cui necessitavo. Staff super disponibile.

Great location just off the square and supermarket round the corner.Hotel organised transport from the airport for our group which was great. Our room, superior double doesnt have a shower but a hand held attachment over a jacuzzi bath. They could do with removing the bath and putting a proper shower in, as there is room. Trying to get a shower this way was problematic and soaked the floor. My partner had to hold the showe head up whilst i showered and vice versa. Some of the other rooms our group had were great, with plenty of room.

It was a beautiful place to stay. Staff very friendly. Perfect location to everything. Would definitely stay here again
