This Residence didn't change towels and clean during 3 nights. Need to pay for changing towels.

3박4일동안 청소 전혀 해주지 않음 수건도 3박4일 동안 바꿔주지 않음. 청소와 수건이 필요한 경우 청소 1회 8유로 수건 1개 2.5 유로 내야함. 체크인 안내 종이에 데일리 클린 서비스 포함이라고 써있지만 단한번도 청소 받지 못함. 직원은 나의 요구 사항에 대응을 잘 해주지 않았고 3박4일 동안 불편하고 더럽고 여행을 망쳤음. 대중 교통으로 30분이상 이동해야 주요 관광지 갈 수 있고 2번이상 환승해야 함.

저렴한 가격에 객실이 매우 넓었음 카운터 또한 매우 친절 지하철로 어디든 금방금방 갈수있음 집앞에 백화점이있어서 쇼핑을하거나 음식을 사먹기도 매우 편리했다

직원이 무척 친절했습니다. 매일 청소를 해주고 수건도 갈아 주었습니다. 지하주차장을 5유로의 추가요금으로 이용했는데 자동차 출입을 하려면 직원에게 말해야해서 조금 불편했지만 안전해서 맘은 편했습니다. 가까운 곳에 마트와 쇼핑센터가 있고 지하철,트램,버스를 이용하기 좋은 위치입니다. 침대 밑 같이 안보이는 곳의 청소가 좀 더 잘 되었으면 좋겠어요.

24 시간 리셉션이 오픈되어있고, 숙소앞 일분거리에 쇼핑몰이 있어 마트,환전,푸드코트이용등 용이했음. 숙소는 넓은 거실에 방이 두개있어서 3인이이용하기에 충분히 넓었고, 인터넷도 좋았음. 야경을보기위해 3정거장 가야하지만,갈아타지않아도되고 버스정류장에서도 2정거장정도라 편리함. 24시간권을이용해 부담없이 이용했음. 다시이용할때도 여기로 주저없이 선택하고 싶음.

괜찮은거 같아요 벽지가쫌 더럽긴한데 그래도 그것빼곤 다 좋았습니다.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft

Hi, I stayed in Pater residency over a week. In general it is a great place according to its cost.

Well located for what we wanted to do in Budapest. Approx 30 minute walk to city centre. Apartment was well kitted out. On face of it clean. Air con in living room only. TV only worked on internet. The bed bugs did bite...only one of us thankfully

The flat is nice although it could use a new paint job and the curtains could use a wash. The location is great.

Foi difícil para mim o apartamento estava com muitos arcaros e pó tive ser asistida por um médico. É impensável o dinheiro que gastei para alugar 3 apartamentos para um casamento de um filho e ter de passar por isto

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin leider wenig Personal durch COVID 19 das Apartment ist renovation bedürftig wie zum Beispiel Kopf Dusche Defekt sowie laminate aber das Apartment ist sehr in zentral Gebiet alles In der Nähe mit Metro oder Tram 2 Minuten entfernt und ein grosse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch 2 Minuten entfernt

Appartement très bien le seul soucis la table de salle qui ne tient pas

Residence pulito,comodo e vicino a mezzi di trasporto. Sono soddisfatto!

I was robbed from my hotel room while we were away. Money was stolen from my luggage from my apartment. CCTV footage showed that that day, 2 cleaning ladies , entered our apartment. Police were informed by hotel manager and came to report. I think that the hotel/Residence are responsible of who they hire to take care of the hotel. To date, I still have heard nothing from both hotel or police since 4th Jan.

The furnishings are pure Ikea, very hard worn and grubby. The flooring has seen better days. The cushions on the sofa were grossly Vomit contaminated and dirty and we returned the worst to reception. The duvets did not bear up to an inspection under the covers and were disgusting. Obviously the owners do not care and nor do the cleaners. There is plenty of space and the heating works well (much needed with the outside temperatures). Would it hurt to actually attach the toilet seats correctly?
