My room had a bit of a smoke smell to it but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall it was a good night stay.

I booked my stay via Amex travel. My trip was fully paid. Upon arrival I was told the king suite I paid for was not available. I was made to pay a charge of $194.60, was told it’s an incidental charge. I requested a print out and was told a print receipt was not possible. Upon check out, I was then told there is no incidental charge and again told they cannot provide me with an itemized receipt. I was also told the charge of $194.60 should have only been $50 for incidental. I’m very disappointed that my paid reservation was not honored. I was placed in a double queen room on the first floor by the back entrance that captured ALL the noise. I would not ever recommend the hotel based on my experience and the unscrupulous billing procedures.

Convenient, close to highway and restaurants

I found only serving eggs for breakfast and not providing plates after breakfast extremely unique.

The staff was very friendly, and we had one issue, and they addressed it the right way, very fast.

Beautiful property. Staff were professional and friendly. I think your room key should let you access the pool and gym. Instead you have to find a staff member to use a master key to access. Coffee and tea was nice. However for the price they could provide continental breakfast.

This is hidden gem in the area, first time stay and I will stay there from now on.

We had a great stay and the staff were wonderful. Just a suggestion: you might want to update your website to indicate that the hot tub is currently out of service. It would be helpful for future guests to be aware of this.

The front entrance wasn’t clean. The mat at the door’s wasn’t clean. The glass windows weren’t clean. There was a continuous thumping noise throughout the night around the room door. Some of the furniture doors in the room weren’t closing properly. The gym didn’t have any sanitation cleaning wipes. The floors in the gym were not clean. The heat in the gym was too high and I didn’t see a heat controller device in the room. The room was clean and the bedding was clean and comfortable.

Staff were amazing! Beds are very comfortable!

Google maps took us all over the place trying to find it. It was getting dark, street signs weren’t visible, and it took us about 30 minutes more than it should have. Nicer on the inside than we would’ve expected from driving by a few warehouses and shopping plazas.
