We went in the swimming pool but noticed the water was not clear, but cloudy and probably needed to be checked and balanced.

My family had a great stay. Friendly and informative staff.

Everything was ok until I left a few items behind like a speaker and a bag of clothes pertaining my drivers license and no one seen it I've called multiple times so I'm going to assume they stole it

Nice place to bring pets

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was close to the highway and shopping.

We checked-in and checked-out and told each time that we had paid "the a 3rd party app." On check-in, we were told we should not have used Expedia to reserve the room in April because Expedia does not pay them well. On check-out, we were told we could have get a receipt because we had paid with a 3rd party app and treated again with distain. The carpet was very dirty! I was told the hotel would be remodeled in two weeks. However, the beds were clean. After the first night, we visited places in the area during the day. We returned at 4 PM to find our room not cleaned but torn apart. One bed was partially stripped, and pillows were on the other bed, but nothing else was cleaned! Dirty towels were still in the bathroom. Manager came up and called cleaning person, and yelled at her in front of us and made her clean the room! The woman apologized that she was distracted and had not finished but listed the room as cleaned. The pool was not clean. Water in the main pool was covered in foam like spit and too cold to enter. Others using the hot tub were talking about the lack of cleanliness. Even so, the breakfast was very good, and those workers were nice and helpful. We will not stay there again.

The front desk staff was unpleasant and rude usually I can tap my card for deposit I wasn’t notified prior to getting there I needed my physical card I had to drive 30 minutes back home to get my card the room smelled like urine I wanted to ask for a different room but they were already rude so I just dealt with it and cleaned it myself

I come to Michigan a few times a year to visit my family and I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are always clean the pool and hot tub or well-maintained and I enjoy the breakfast. The staff always impresses me also.

Breakfast was amazing! We wish we could live here. Waking up every morning to fresh cooked breakfast. There were options for everyone even my vegetarian kids! The staff were very nice and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. I like having full size toiletries so we don’t have to worry about packing our own. It was a nice little getaway for a change.

Someone used the toliet before we got there and didn't flush.

Hot tub and pool were closed (broken) again. We have stayed at this hotel three times and Pool/HT were closed all three times. We will not stay here again. The gentleman behind the counter was nice and apologized for the pool being closed. Limited breakfast items. Very close to restaurants and shops.

A lot of trash on the parking lots. The grass areas were well maintained.

Great breakfast. Dedicated hour in the am and pm for kid free pool time. They need to quit advertising that they have a business office as their printer and computers have been inoperable for the past year.
