모든 것이 만족스러웠고 직원들이 친절했습니다. 휴대폰 분실했는데 잘 보관하고 있다가 돌려 주었습니다. 음식도 만족스럽게 다양한 메뉴와 맛있는 메뉴를 제공하였습니다.

출장 때문에 자주 이용하는데, 역 바로 앞에 위치해 있어서 교통이 편하고 좋습니다. 전체적으로 깔끔한 편이고, 냉장고가 없는 것이 다소 아쉬운 편입니다.

출장때 이용하기에는 괜찮은 곳입니다. 룸에 냉장고가 없는게 다소 아쉽네요.

역앞에 위치하고 있으며 교통및 쇼핑이 편리한 호텔입니다. 코로나에 대한 위생 관리는 괜찮은 수준이며 코로나 기간동안 조식은 뷔페형태에서 주문형 조식으로 서비스를 제공하고 있습니다.

친절한 서비스, 깨끗하였음. 기차역과 가깝지만 시끄럽지도 않았음. 올드마켓과는 거리가 좀 있었음

You can have nuce scenery at a high floor room. Very good connection to the station.

It was very good for large and clean room and reasonable price.

브뤼셀에서 기차로 삼십분 쯤 가야되긴 하지만 괜찮았어요. 루벤역에선 바로 뒤에 호텔이 있어서 찾아가기 쉽구요. 호텔이 정말 깨끗해요. 밥이랑 와이파이는 따로 돈을 내야하지만 그래도 너무 좋았습니다. 루벤에도 볼 게 제법 있어요

Room was clean and quiet. Daily room service (cleaning) provided.

Great place

The hotel located just above the train station. Big parking lot is just next door. Very good sound insulation. The room was clean and in good condition. With complimentary water packs and tea. This is a small, but important detail these days. What is really strange is to be asked for the room number every time we had to approach the breakfast buffet. The hotel could have a little bit of shine. Like, not so shabby furniture at the reception. Some small interior decorations.

Recently stayed here for three nights whilst visiting my daughter, who is doing a semester abroad in Leuven. I picked this hotel because it was directly next to her dorm, as well as right by the train station. Super convenient location, and only a short walk across the pedestrian bridge into the heart of town.

Logo q chegamos fomos bem recepcionados com chocolates deliciosos👌 Não posso deixar de elogiar o Excelente atendimento da brasileira Márcia q coordena o buffet de café da manhã👌alem de td delicioso e com muita variedades.. ademais, cama bem confortável, quarto td limpo. Sem contar q é ao lado da estação de trem. Super recomendo.
