아주 오래된 호텔이지만 깨끗하고 방이 아주 넓어요. 아침 조식도 훌륭하고 직원들도 친절해요. 하지만 욕실이 너무 오래되어서 불편해요.

중심지호텔보다 다소 벗어나있지만 덕분에 주차도 쉽고 더 조용한 호텔임. 하이델베르크에서 가장 고급스럽고 역사가 오래된 호텔로 적극 추천.

이번 여행에서 별로 힘을 주고자 하지 않았으나, 호텔 하나로 힘이 들어간 하이델베르크가 되었습니다. 일행들은 왜 이렇게 좋은 호텔을 예약했나며 놀라는 눈치였습니다. 하이델베르크 구 도심에서 멀지 않은데도, 편리한 지하주차장을 완비하고 있었고, 친절한 직원들, 고풍스러운 내부 인테리어가 인상적이었다.

It was a good hotel. In my room, there was a sudden problem, but the agent took an action immediately. And I was also satisfied with breakfast and room service. Now I have 2 cute Ducks. Whenever I see them, I think of Europa Hotel with kind persons and Heidelberg.

IF you go Heidelberg, you should go this Hotel. It's really beautiful. You can find really kind personas well. I will be there again sometime.

Ett vackert hotell, med hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Ägarna bryr sig verkligen om att gästerna skall trivas. Ett klassiskt Grand Hotel. Kan vinna på att renovera vissa gemensamma ytor, men absolut inget fel. Rent och fint, och mycket trivsam bar och Spa.

also das renovierte Zimmer 330 ist zwar groß aber entspricht leider Gottes nicht im heutigen Standard Weiters waren wir sehr enttäuscht vom restaurant da die Wartezeiten unendlich lang waren und das sollte man bei einem Grandhotel nicht haben

Ein Haus das seinem Ruf voll Rechnung trägt. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, das einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliest. Unser Komfort Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bestens ausgestattet. Allerdings war es schon ein wenig abgewohnt und könnte zwei oder drei Schönheitsreparaturen vertragen. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Auch hier wird jeder Wunsch freundlich und schnell umgesetzt. Fazit: Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

1日延泊を決断したくらい良いホテルでした。クリスマスの2日間だったのでとても館内は良い雰囲気に包まれておりました。サービスやスタッフの気兼ねない優しい表情は旅行者の私たちに癒しを与えてくれました。 中には設備が悪いというコメントもありましたが、昔から大切にされているものを、きちんと修理・更新されつつあるのでとくに不便さはありませんでした。 またいつか訪れたいホテルになりました。

This is a family run, first class hotel. The staff are efficient and friendly. The guest rooms we had were just first rate. A suite is really a suite. You cannot buy or manufacture old world European charm and hospitality. At this property these qualities are 4 generations in the making. This hotel never disappoints. Everyone in the staff was incredibly courteous, professional, and quick to help with great attention to detail. It was an incredible experience. We had to stay 1 out of 3 nights due to my child getting the flu, we wish we could have stayed.

Everything stood out. From the wonderful staff to the beautiful surroundings! I could live here! I want to make special mention of the superb service, speed, professionalism of Sebastian at the front desk and Ramon and Robin at the bar. They made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Alles wunderbar, ganz tolle Gastgeber, familiengeführt, ganz tolles Personal. Und falls Sie Parkieren im Parkhaus nicht mögen, so gibt es gute, sichere Parkplätze im Hof hinter dem Haus, wo auch das Personal parkiert. Perfekt und sicher.
