Large areas but limited parking for very busy restaurant causing large traffic jams and noise

Arrived on Friday afternoon and received excellent reception from the front desk.there was no toilet spray or any odour controlling mechanism in the bathroom room.left the room at 5am and came back at 12:30 pm.the room was cleaned but without towels,they were only replaced around 13:00.had an issue the aircon that sounded like a petrol fuelled generator which was attended to immediately.

it is excellent, the staff members were good and it is close to the mall.

May they improve on noise.

Unfortunately the AC and internet did not work.

Always stay at Hotel@ Tzaneen and have an good experience, but with the new look and feel of upgrades to the rooms even better....

My stay was amazing. The welcome started from the entrance , security excellent ,the reception outstanding. The staff also check on you before your arrival and you find them ready for you. Thank you

Great accommodation with good location. Staff was very friendly.

Great service which is so important,, and very customer focused. Very appreciative of the late checkout after being up at 3am to run a race - gave me a chance to have a shower and a power nap before a long drive home. Made a huge difference and your staff were so understanding. The room was clean and presentable but the bathroom needed attention - dated, the shower dripped the whole night, and the basin hot tap inexplicably would not turn off. Loved the on-site restaurant; was so disappointed I could not have something more exotic off the menu but would have been a bad idea on the night of the race

It was amazing

Checking in was not good the guy never even greet and he never even tell us where the breakfast place is etc. The Room 74 I stayed In sliding door was open when I checked in !

It was a pleasure from the moment we arrived. The Petunia at front desk was very sweet and her assistance likewise. the room was clean and very spacious. The overall feel was of peace and tranquility. We only had the pleasure of staying 1 night we attended a function held in the convention centre and wow the food was really good. The staff very friendly helpful and ready to service. The next day for breakfast we were so well looked after. The young man, I think I am spelling his name incorrectly "Tnakna" was so helpful and we were served like royalty. His college Jubulani was just as helpful. Anyone who want to be well looked after and have a pleasant stay should take the time to stay here. Thank you everyone. Much appreciated

Didn't have a phone and laundry bin. The road by the entrance has potholes.

10am check out is too early and also the whole R100 per hour from check out time thing
