편안하고 좋은 호텔임. 친절하고 안전하게 ~.

My husband grabbed a snack bar by the buffet area, he didn’t know that it’s not part of the complimentary breakfast. Later, we saw the sign “Honesty Bar”. It’s quite sarcastic because nothing was in English except for that, it would be fair if there’re price tags letting people aware of it. We travel there with the main purpose of using the Bath, but was told that it was closed for annual maintenance until the last day of our stay. It would be nice for the Hotel to mention something in the information section before we paid for the stay.

Hotel muito bem organizado e central, porém fiz a reserva pensando que o hotel tinha uma piscina de águas termais, conforme a o mesmo demostra nas fotos de divulgação do hotel, porém a realidade é bem diferente, o hotel não possui a piscina proposta, se a pessoa quiser tomar banho de piscina, a pessoa precisa ir para outro hotel e pagar uma taxa.

Aussicht war sehr schön, auch das Frühstück war frisch und sehr abwechslungsreich, das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam

Do not book the room with shower in the middle of it with a family of 5... otherwise, regular rooms are very nice! The staff was kind in helping us get a more suited room, but very strange to offer a room that sleeps 4 people yet has no privacy for a shower. Centrally located, but loud if there is something happening in the square.

Incredible hotel, service & location. I stayed an extra night!

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Für die musikalische Lärmbelästigung von ausserhalb des Hotels kann niemand etwas. Da man vor dem Hotel zum ausladen nicht halten kann, wäre eine Vorab-Info per Mail über den Ort der Garage mit direktem Lift ins Hotel nicht schlecht. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Lovely hotel with beautiful rooms and friendly, helpful staff. The area around the hotel is lovely with easy access to the train station and hiking trails. Breakfast is very good. The only small downside is the lack of an onsite restaurant in the evening, although there is plenty in the area.

Wir waren nur 1 Nacht in diesem Hotel, wären aber gerne länger geblieben. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Bad Ragaz und bietet den Gästen alles, was man braucht. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal, sehr gepflegtes Hotel und reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Frühstücks-Buffet. Wir können dieses Sorell Hotel wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist super und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll war die Badetasche mit den Tüchern die man kostenfrei in die Therme mitnehmen durfte. Gerne wieder :)

Nous avons bien appréciés, service très bien, parking et chien, pas cher, 15.- chacun. Petit dejeuner, tres correct, mais peut encore faire mieux.

A hotel with class, reception with heart and so its a plus when it comes to recommending

perfect 'downtown' bad ragaz hotel. nicely appointed rooms. nice breakfast, parking is a little cumbersome. close to bad ragaz resort hotels, beautiful mountain views

Personnel très aimable et au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est succulent. La chambre spacieuse et très confortable avec les petits détails !
