Friendly staff and spacious room. Neighborhood was very quiet so it was great to rest. Pet friendly also.

I would like to stay in LAS SUITES next time again. Great service, very kind people, modern and clean room, 24 hours open SPA. I like LAS SUITES better than Sheraton or Marriot.

Excelente estancia. La ubicación es muy buena y el servicio fue excepcional. Especialmente Daniel, quien fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra visita. Recomiendo ampliamente la zona y este lugar.

The NOISE was unbearable !!! The room was so noisy that it was almost impossible to sleep. I actually had to go out and buy earplugs. The cleanliness of the room was also poor: I found items under the bed, and both the floors and the room felt dusty. The reception manager was polite and nice, but he acted as if the noise was not really a serious issue. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, which almost makes up for the noise, but the poor cleaning was the final disappointment.

Este hotel me gusta mucho. Sus habitaciones son grandes y la zona es muy tranquila. El desayuno bufet riquísimo. Regresaría !!!

Everyone deserves merits.

Difficult to find a place so close to everything for a family stay that won't cost a fortune but this is it. Comfortable apartment-like rooms. Wonderful, efficient, friendly staff, especially Oscar and America at breakfast.

Rooms and amenities were ok although they look a lot better in pictures. Had a terrible experience with con·cierge. Extremely unreliable reservation experience. Last minute cancellation, cab arriving 45 mins late. Totally untrustworthy. Will not come back to this property.

tuvimos que solicitar dos o tres veces la misma petición por ejemplo de llevarnos toallas en el area de la alberca, lo mismo para la habitación solicitamos almohadas y dos veces tuvimos que pedirlas por que no lo hacían. Habitaciones limpias y el servicio bien solo eso.
