위치가 정말 좋고, 호텔 모든 곳이 훌륭합니다.

호텔 내부는 고전적인 분위기였고, 엘리베이터, 침실, 사우나, 수영장 모두 훌륭했으며, 위치도 현지 식당과 가까웠습니다.

훌륭한 장소와 좋은 위치, 직원들의 서비스가 매우 친절합니다.

My fiance & I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Muse that we even booked an extra night in the end. Service at the hotel has improved significantly. We were given complimentary drinks upon check in, staff would always greet us when we came out of the lift, chambermaids would leave an acknowledgement of the “do not disturb” sign when they tried to clean the room. In general, staff at all the food establishments in the hotel were very attentive and timely in their service. They also spoke good English. We love the hotel for the good location to Bumrungrad Hospital and proximity to basic amenities like 7-11 & an American diner. The room itself was beautiful and came with a bathtub & pretty sink. Would stay at this hotel again next time we're in Bangkok. Thank you for the hospitality! :)

โรงแรมสวยมากค่ะ แต่.!!!! บริการแย่ไปหน่อย ไม่ค่อยสนใจลูกค้า ออเดอร์อีกอย่างได้อีกอย่าง ต้องตามออเดอร์ทุกครั้ง แล้วที่สำคัญ.!! พนักงานทำความสะอาดห้องข้างๆ เสียงดังมาก

Lovely decoration. Beautiful hotel.

Look like the hotel let everything you have to do yourself? We arrived by the taxi but the staff come and don't help us to take the luggage, just talked something with the taxi driver and leave us to bring our luggage in. And after check-in he gave us a room key and let us go to the room by ourself, no introduced at all. Room have chic decoration but little bit old. Pillow and duvet were really old and lumpy. Too small pool so we don't really enjoy our time here. Sun beds and the pool not so clean. Only 2 elevator for all rooms so we need to queue 10 mins to get to the elevator in night time. We been to some very good MGallery hotel in Vietnam like Hotel des Arts, Hotel Royal Hoi an but compare to them, Muse seems not good enough up to their MGallery brand standard.
