great place to stay with the family. this was our 3rd time in mount sea, and every visit was a pleasant experience. my family and I got to enjoy their newly built KTV room for an unlimited period of time. at first the staff said it was unavailable since projector is not working but the manager and front desk really took the extra mile to repair it within the day and made sure we'll have an awesome ktv experience. sauna and gym services were wonderful as well :) mount sea's biggest edge amonh other hotels are their warm and accommodating personnel.

Wifi not good, TV keeps getting off not working, there mosquitos in the room.

I would like also to place a complaint for the following as the hotel is really expensive as compared to Metro Manila rates: 1. Receptionist issued a non working badge - I asked the reception why the access card is not working and she just smiled as if I don’t know how to use it. She asked me to try it again so I did and returned to receptionist carrying my heavy bags. Then she asked a technician to assist me and concluded that the badge is not activated. Didn’t heard any apologies from them. 2. Got bitten by mosquitoes 3. Bath towels are already off white in color. 4. Thick dust in the bed room areas. 5. Obvious rust on the spoons and fork 6. Wifi - they did not offer the free wifi to me while every guest is given a piece of paper where the username and password were indicated. So I asked them and they started talking that I got it cheaper (4,100 pesos) from Traveloka when in fact I paid 4800 pesos.

Friendly staff and good food. Really entertained with the two parrots on their veranda. Nice place for relaxation. Their pool was nice however the pool was not that clean. Maybe because we are the only one who swim in that pool and not at the waterfront. Great but not convince with their cleanliness in the pool.

If I can give a 10 for this hotel, I will do it. Best experience ever. Location - it is situated in Rosario, Cavite. Commuting is not a problem at all. Ride Cavite City bus from Coastal terminal and ask the conductor to drop you off in Novelette, Landmark would be Mercury Drug and Jollibee. Then you would need to ride their "mini Bus" going to Salinas. It is not an air conditioned vehicle but this allows you to enjoy the nature. In about 15 minutes (depends on the traffic), you will immediately see, Mount Sea Resort. We used Google Map and it gave us the accurate direction. Staff - we were greeted immediately by their friendly receptionist. I just showed my voucher from my phone and they immediately locate my reservation and process everything. Smooth transaction. Everything was explained and the amenities included in our booking. The Room - this is the most important part and I was really surprise how our room looks like. Its clean, with complimentary water and coffee. The bathroom has everything I wanted from the toiletries up to the shower. The bed is covered with this very white and clean linens. I love the pillows available. How I wish I can ask for more. Everything is working inside Amenities - Aside from swimming pool, they also have KTV, billiard pool, and gym!! So like it. I really maximize their amenities, except for the gym.. Restaurant - Our booking includes free breakfast. It's so nice to have your breakfast while hearing splash of water from the nearby koi pond and just be amazed of the green trees and peaceful ambiance. So relaxing!!! Plus, they have this rainbow cockatoo. I have a lot of good words to say for this hotel and will surely be back.

At 1st check-in took us more than an hour , the staffs are so slow , you need to follow up every now and then so that they will prioritize you since you were there at first , no elevator , so if you have your elders with you , this pace is not the place for them , the pool is not crowded but you can see a lot of dirt in the water , the beach is overlooking only and very dirty on the sides , the food is delicious , most is the kare kare , pricey but worth it , staffs are all nice and respectful, rooms are big with complete toiletries, be aware to check first whats included or not in your package inside the room, 2 bottled water only should be consumed, 2 pair of white slippers is 4 hotel use only not free to bring home, make sure that glasses if water are complete and 2 key cards should be returned or 500 fine ., check-out took us an hour again, be sure to ask whats I included in the check-out fees like water, etc
