very old not modern we asked for many things but none of them was afforded the service is a little bit bad comparing with other hotels

The hotel it self was good I would give it Two stars. But the service at the reception is very bad, actually one of the worst in my life. The guy on the reception was racist. I came to him and told him that there is not light in the bathroom, he told me without giving attention, Tomorrow I don't have maintenance at night. Which made me really angry because I couldn't go to the bathroom or take a shower at night without light. So I got angry with him and he fixed it at the end.

The room was good but it was not having good sight because it was the first floor

Rooms are clean and well kept. However windows are old and you hear the street noise. Even more, during my stay it was windy and rainy and the windows rattlled and water entered and covered the carpets. Staff-wise, had it all, The excellent most polite and helpful lady, and the most rude and not wanting to know person to the extent of hostility. Never again.
