Hotel bagus, pemandangan indah, pelayanan cepat dan ramah.

Great location (in city center), but unfortunately the service is not as good. My special request (connecting door) is not available when checking in (even though I already make a note about that when I book), and staff is not really responsive. The reception staff seems lack of hospitality. Hope they will improve much more next time.

Old hotel, AC should be replaced. Overall, hotel needs to have big renovation.

Hotel room, food, location, staff and service are excellent .
