방은 작았지만 고풍스러운 분위기.. 새벽에 추웠음 (4월초) 주차시설 없음. 주변 유료 주차장 이용해야 안전함.

Experiencia genial. Hotel en el mismo centro de Alcalá de Henares, al lado de la casa museo de Miguel de Cervantes. Cerca de todo, bares, restaurantes, tiendas, monumentos, museos...etc Las habitaciones en si no son muy grandes, pero tiene todo lo q necesitas, baño completo, TV, aire, secador, jabón... Y si te apetece cenar o comer, tienen un bonito restaurante. Nos atendieron super bien, y la limpieza de 10. Sin dudarlo lo recomiendo y volvería otra vez.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado. La habitación muy comoda. Los servicios del hotel tenían todo lo necesario.

Great location, and really nice rooms with the French balcony. The room was clean and had all I needed for my stay. Great staff that will help you with all your questions and give you a warm welcome feeling when you check in. The only disturbance I notice is that you can hear the noise from corridor or other room but it was small disturbance as this is small hotel with not so many guest. I will definitively come back to this hotel if I'm in Alcala.

Old hotel which is showing its age. Very poor noise insulation. The bells outside will wake you up. Fantastic location, however, and a very good restaurant. Staff were excellent.

El hotel está muy bien, habitaciones limpias y cómodas, desayuno y comida de primera calidad y sobre todo, la amabilidad de las personas que trabajan ahí. Para mí un 10 general. Volveré sin dudarlo.

location was great for old town, but please understand that you are around 40 km from Madrid Ctr. this isn't a problem if you are happy to use bus / metro (around 8 euro and 40 mins). rooms are small and did get very warm, but quite ok, reception staff are very helpful (sorting lovely flowers for my wife on very short notice) and very knowledgeable about places to visit and directions etc. We had 1 evening meal during our 5 day stay which was reasonable, breakfast was a bit poor and in both cases you can get better for cheaper in a lot of other places close by. we didn't pay a lot for our rooms and I would suggest that we got value for money and no major complaints. the old town is lovely and we are already planning our next visit in June.
