도심 내에 깔끔한 숙소 만족합니다 신혼여행 기념 선물까지 잘 받았습니다 조식도 만족스러웠습니다(샐러드가 있으면 좋을것 같아요)

호텔은 전반적으로 좋아요 그런데 한국 방송 스포츠방송 안나와요...조금 심심할 때 좀 그래요.

전체적으로 모던하고 관광지접근이 매우 용이합니다. 침구는 최고급은 아니지만 잠자는데 불편함은없었고, 조식은 딱 먹기좋은음식들로 정갈하게 잘 차려진 뷔페입니다. 다음에 리스본에와도 가격대비 이호텔은 괜찮습니다. 실제로 이 호텔은 현지인의 추천을받아서 예약하게되었습니다.

Parking payant 25 € par jour, bon accueil, les femmes de chambre qui passe faire le ménage à des heures aléatoire le ménage est fait à la va vite. Ma femme a eu de gros boutons comme des piqûres de punaises de lit, trois jours après notre arrivée, la seule chose proposé et de changer de chambre pour au final être dans la même situation aucune proposition de dédommagement ou de remboursement si cherchez vraiment un hôtel, quatre étoiles, évitez celui-là

Very nice place for those visiting Lisbon at a short period of time. Very accessible to the Metro system.

Comfy and convenient

I highly recommend this hotel. It is my third time here. The location is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing. Most of all, one of the staff members, Marcos Freitas is wonderful, very caring and polite. I was impressed with his service and dedication to all guests. He has a very pleasant personality and creates immediate good rapport with everyone. Thank you for making our stay here so nice, Marcos! We will certainly return.

O hotel e bom no geral, mas infelizmente nao consegui dormir as tres noites em que estive la, pois a temperatura no quarto estava muito quente e o ar condicionado so funcionava no quente, o que nao faz sentido porque a temperatura na rua estava 20 graus. Janela do quarto ficava para um local muito barulhento entao as janelas tambem nao poderiam ficar abertas para ventilar. Elevador ficou sem funcionar algumas vezes, tivemos que subir 6 andares.

The hotel is close to the underground, and it has a taxi stop at the door. It is near shops and in a nice area. The restaurant and common facilities were very clean and staff were friendly. The breakfast was good and it had a pleasant atmosphere. Unfortunately my room (801)was not good and below standard. As I entered for first time it had and awful smell. I had to stay with the window opened for the whole stay and the bathroom door closed because I discovered that the shower tray has not been fitted properly and the smell of raw sewage filters through the plug hole. I also was sharing the bathroom with two cockroaches and the room with few mosquitoes, which spoiled a good night sleep. The reception had no mosquitoes spray and due to the dark furniture it was difficult to spot them. So I won’t come back there sorry!

Staff very nice, courteous and attentive. Room storage for guests luggages free before check in and even after check out gives you peace of mind and comfort. A plus convenience for travelers to do sightseeing and dining

Bom hotel , porém o café da manhã desorganizado, falta de agilidade dos funcionários, faltava talheres, copo, xícara, pratos … além de algumas comidas … falta de organização da equipe em ficar atenta para repor não só ós utensílios como as comidas.

Convenient location especially from the airport. The area is close to many food places. Metro and buses were walkable to. Hotel was beautiful and clean. We had an early flight, therefore we didn’t opt in for breakfast. I would imagine it would have been a nice meal. The hotel looked very classy.

Çok merkezi. Oda genel olarak kullanışlı, yeni ve temizdi. Tavsiye ederim.

We came in a day early for a Trafalgar Tour. While the rooms for the tour were fine, the rooms we were booked into were not! Fingernail clippings on the floor, plastic mattress covers (hot and noisy) and AC inadequate. Should have figured it out when the check-in host said moving rooms would be inconvenient but we’d be appreciative to get a tour room!

No primeiro dia, quarto alagando por vazamento. Obs: eles ja sabiam pois o chao estava todo deformado. Tive que trocar de quarto. Me colocaram num quarto que o frigibar nao funcionava. Obs: ja sabiam tb pois estava desligado na tomada. So trocaram no.meu ultimo dia. Bom café da manhã
