The location and resort was beautiful. The pricing and food quality were not in sync. Very small portion, small selection, and quality was not there. We left the resort several nights for dinner and needed to go grocery shopping. Most of us were hungry after eating meals and spending an amount that should not have left us hungry.

The beach is just amazing

The hotel has the potential to be a best in class place. The infrastructure is there but staff should be better trained. There was no water from 3-5 PM in our rooms for 2 days and the person checking us in AT 3:00 should have informed us of that. Instead there is a little note on the table easily missed and we didn’t see until we tried to use the restroom in the room. The restaurant randomly closes on particular days and when I asked why they said they didn’t know. Pretty property and the food at the beach place is good even if expensive.

The property is stunning and the beach is spectacular, unfortunately breakfast is poor for such hotel Room was beautiful and very clean but had very weak water pressure, about 10% of normal pressure for a shower. Hotel personal is very kind but lack training and guidance. I asked several times over 2 days to extend an additional night but no one was able to assist, management was not available. Property is truly spectacular and I would stay again despite negative items

la habitacion estuvo perfecta, buena higiene del hotel, hubo un solo detalle y es que el personal de limpieza no estuvo presente en el momento adecuad de limpiar la habitacion, tuvimos que llamar varias veces pero luego de eso el hotel es sumamente tranquilo y acogedor para parejas!

Todo estuvo bien solo tengo una sola queja el personal a la hora de la salida una joven de cabello cortó se mostró con mala actitud de nombre creo Juliana y hablando despectivamente en frente de nosotros de otros huéspedes . Ella no debería de estar en la recepción ni haciendo el check in y check out . Luego todo lo otro fue perfecto . Gracias

Nice infrastructure, exciting beach, friendly staff - only prices are extremely high (double espresso dop 600 = usd 8.5 and water by aqua panda dop 750) prices higher than in Switzerland.

Todo perfecto, salvo algunos insectos que se hicieron presentes en la cocina y el baño. Nada de qué preocuparse, pero sí de ponerle atención. Lugar excelente para descansar en tranquilidad. La playa es un pedazo del paraíso. Simplemente espectacular…

we have stayed twice before , this time , we rented a villa everything about the place is great . only problem this time was that we only got hot showers twice in 4 days , for the price , it is not acceptable!! also the level of the restaurant , is not up to par , compared to a few locations we have been to , they should really look into upgraded the cooking!! but aside from that we love the place ! we are lucky enough to be chefs , and know where to go buy fresh seafood locally , and we make ourself at home , with our cooking and wine drinking!!

Excellent service , very clean, food amazing, there’s no complaints about sublime quality.
