Personally where very nice and helpful

Beautiful place. The views of Janitzio Island took me by surprise. Hospitality it's 100% everywhere. The Restaurant was amazing also. Great place to stay in Patzcuaro for relaxation.

Es un bonito hotel solo que el estacionamiento es muy pequeño. Son muy amables y atienden todas las peticiones en tiempo y forma

Pedimos hacer check in antes de la hora señalada y nos permitieron hacerlo. La habitación es pequeña pero agradable.

Como sugerencia falta ventilación en la habitación,al ingresar huele un poco a humedad

The service overall was great, we stayed in the front part of the hotel we liked the view, shopping was walking distance, the hotel is beautiful, colonial style but with very modern amenities, the restaurant staff was very friendly, the food was great, overall our experience was great, will definitely come back and let friends and family know

It is a beautiful place with a nice patio and a great View, located across the street from the Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Salud.

Restaurante dentro del hotel, buena comida. Cuarto muy amplio y limpio, cama muy limpia. Puede ser un poco ruidoso por estar en el centro. Pero esta bien!!

The rooms were not as shown in the pictures. The worst part was the restroom. Even though we purchased the best suite, it was a disappointment once inside: the toilet didn’t flush, terrible shower, and everything was in bad conditions. The bed was very clean and smelled nice but that was the only positive thing.
