Incrível e o atendimento do Robson na recepção foi excelente!

Ótima pousada. Nota 10 para a localização e estrutura. Possui uma vista incrível! Cardápio com quitutes deliciosos, café da manhã bom, com opções de preparo na hora. Foram flexíveis no checkout. Pontos de melhoria: A piscina aquecida poderia ser limpa todos os dias, agua estava um pouco verde e com areia. O que chamou minha atenção ao reservar foi 1 serviço de spa grátis, mas foi fornecido apenas 15 minutos de massagem na cadeira apropriada para isso. Então não se engane. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. O quarto não tem ruído de som, então torçam pra não pegar um vizinho sem noção como na minha estadia. Recomendo e voltarei

Great views and friendly staff. However the staff weren't v proactive. Lots of standing around when actually areas of the property could have been cleaner. The glass balustrade needs regular cleaning to improve view. Long waits to be served at bar too

If you’re European this property is quite a few levels down from what you believe you’re booking. As an independent hotel it is seriously lacking the level of service and quality that its price would entail. The staff don’t help you with luggage even though you’re on top of a hill and really need to do a track. The bedroom is passable, with the wash basin inside the room and not in the bathroom, the varanda of the hotel has 2 very hard chairs of wood with no pillows or furnishings. The bedroom itself was clean but the varanda dirty. On the outside area the pool that was good to use was the heated pool, but it was relatively small. The big problem is that just beside the pool it was the bar of the reception area, and these people can’t clock that they have tons of dead insects in the surface dividing the 2, picture attached. Staff are medium nice. It’s near the nightlife of town. I’m not returning, I’ve stayed in much better places at this price point. ~ around 280-300 USD for 2 nights

The property is decent if you’re on a budget or lack options. The bathrooms have a sewer smell, almost like things don’t completely flush. Most of our plugs didn’t work. The place is old and it shows. The staff are all great, it’s just the hotel.

A beautiful place but sadly with a very poor maintenance. Our room was full of bugs due to a broken bathroom window and a huge gap on the sliding doors. Towels were so worn out we could see through it, the sheets had holes on it, and shower and bidet had no hot water at all. Not recommended for old folks, the place is seated on a cliff with lots of steps to get to rooms. We left the next morning for a better place which was a big inconvenience since it took time away from our vacation.

Nice hotel with a beautiful view and very kind staff. The SPA is really special. Lovely breakfast.

Lindo hotel, bom café da manhã, confortável e integrado a notureza. Com uma vista linda para a praia de João Fernandes. O Spa também é excellent. Fiz uma massagem com a massoterapeuta Ana, foi incrível.

O hotel em si é bom, mas o quarto deixou a desejar. O banheiro era mal projetado em todos os sentidos: vaso sanitário mal posicionado, chuveiro alagava todo o banheiro, porta do box batia em suportes.. E além do mais, o piso do quarto não era adequado para ambiente interno, o que não dava a sensação de ambiente limpo (mesmo que fosse).. Roupa de cama tbm poderia ser de melhor qualidade. A estadia em si não foi ruim. O hotel é bem bonito, a vista do quarto era maravilhosa, o atendimento foi sensacional.. Mas esses detalhes do quarto fizeram com que o conforto ficasse prejudicado.

Uma das vistas mais lindas que já vimos - e já ficamos em muito hotel bom em muitos lugares do mundo. Ótimo atendimento e restaurante muito bom. Acho que sem carro seria mais complicado.

Me encantó el Hotel lo único es que si tienes problemas de movilidad o algún impedimento al caminar no es recomendable ya que está en subida pero si no lo tienes es muy recomendable la vista es espectacular

This small hotel was at the top of a hill, with amazing views of the valley and ocean. The pool is beautiful and also overlooking the ocean. The staff were so welcoming and kind. The property is very tranquil and beautifully decorated incorporating the nature around it. Breakfast was a wonderful huge spread of fresh breads and cakes with attention to food allergies. The beach is a short walk down the hill, with shops and restaurants. We went into town each day, which was a quick Uber ride. We used the spa and can’t say enough about Anna! She is amazing!

Fiquei no quarto mais luxuoso do hotel. O espaço era maravilhoso e tudo funcionando muito bem. Ponto positivo para o banheiro. Único ponto negativo foi que eram duas camas de solteiro juntas e estavam desniveladas...

O hotel tem uma vista maravilhosa, café da manhã se torna super agradável com a linda vista. As piscinas são ótimas, todas com vista pro mar com um visual lindo! Café da manhã é muito bom, com opções de pratos pra serem feitos na hora. Peguei um quarto com vista e foi muito agradável ver o dia nascer da varanda! O hotel possui um serviço de SPA muito bom e com preços justos! Único ponto de atenção é que o hotel possui algumas escadas, por ter sido construído em uma ladeira, para pessoas com dificuldades de locomoção ou idosos fica um pouco difícil, mas nada que seja demais também. Valeu a pena a hospedagem!

Bom, mas pode melhorar.

Wer einen Urlaub umgeben von Baustellen und den damit verbundenen Lärm von früh morgens bis spät Nachmittags verbringen möchte ist hier gut aufgehoben. Dreck und Sicherheitsmängel inklusive. Weiter entscheidet sich das Personal täglich um was die Regeln im Hotel betrifft (Rauchen).... Ich bin 52 Jahre alt und das erste Mal, dass ich ein Hotel schlecht bewertet....nach x-Urlauben das schlechteste Hotel bisher. Preis und Leistung stimmen einfach nicht.

Limpeza horrível. O hotel inteiro é imundo. O Meu quarto estava imundo quando eu entrei. Não teve serviço de quarto e ele continuou imundo. Pedi para me mudarem de quarto e disseram que não havia como. Hotel sem manutenção. As áreas comuns estão completamente deterioradas. Me colocaram em um quarto que tinha que subir mais de 100 degraus. Tudo muito ruim. Não recomendo a ninguém.
