다른 곳도 만족스러웠지만, 조식이 정말 만족스러웠습니다ㅎㅎ앞으로 여행다니면서 이 정도로 맛있는 조식을 먹을 수 있는 호텔이 있을까 싶습니다ㅎㅎ

Located in nice neighborhood, pleasant place to stay. I believe this place is somewhat between super nice hostel and average hotel in a facility-wise and service-wise. Overall decent place!

It was a little bit hard to find the hotel from the Teibunal Metro but after then its location, atmosphere and everything was great for me. Tribunal station is good spot not too crowded with noise, filled with cute small vintage shops around.

Check in & out 처리속도가 빠르고 직원도 친절. 위치가 중심에서 다소 떨어져 있으나, 다른 4성급에서 제공하지 않는 무료 국제전화와 노트북 제공은 아주 만족스러웠음. 실내 제공용품들도 다른 호텔보다 많아 고객에 대한 배려가 우수.

Good location but the hotel faculties can't speak English and it's terrible to park a car. The facilities in the hotel are just so so.

방도 깨끗하고 좋았어요

호텔 깨끗하고 직원들 상냥합니다. 전철역이 가까와서 시내나 공항 접근성 좋습니다. 아침식사도 좋습니다.

깨끗하고 지리적 위치도 좋았어요. 방 업그레이드해주었는데 거의 28평수준으로 날아다니면서 지냈어요. 근데 왜 욕조는 없을까요? 나름 4성급인데..

The location was good, it was really close from metro. The room was clean and good. But bit noisy because of restaurants nearby.

Suelo alojarme en este hotel siempre que voy a Madrid porque me encanta la ubicación y las instalaciones en general, aunque es un hotel pequeño, pero agradable. Sin embargo, esta vez lo encontré algo deteriorado… una cortina rota, el desagüe del lavamanos con muestras de desgaste, igual que el de la ducha, que no dan buena impresión. Sería una lástima que dejen de darle mantenimiento y pierda la calidad que ha tenido hasta ahora. El personal es muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el restaurante. Espero que no bajen el nivel de las habitaciones. El edificio es muy bonito y la ubicación de las mejores.

Estuvo todo muy limpio y buen buffet

What an absolute gem of a hotel! It is centrally located with a vibrant plaza community and many different cervecerias, cafes, and helado shops right out of the front door. Close to everything and the Alonso Martinez metro stop is feet away. Lovely décor and the best part of all was the amazing breakfasts complete with jamón, frutas, pan, café, y todos! 10/10

Great location, breakfast is very good , staff were very helpful and friendly specially Juan at the reception, this was my 4 th stay at this hotel and I would go back but the only problem / issue is the rooms need to be renovated / remodeled soon, also mattress need to be replaced with new once

Localização excelente! Mas deixo um destaque para o café da manhã maravilhoso! 10/10 Check-in rápido, equipe cordial, guarda bagagens sem custo! Recomendo.

Room was great and clean, breakfast at the hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly/helpful. Only thing to complain about was bad craftsmanship of the bathroom in our room. Door didn't close fully, things where loose like the rainfall shower and sink faucet. Grouting around the bathroom wasn't very professionally done.

Great location the only problem would be the parking very far or you have a rental car.

All around nice hotel: conveniently located adjoining a small park, a metro s station, & lots of restaurants. The property was clean, the staff friendly, helpful, & accommodating. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Also had a nice, shaded courtyard.

This hotel is good for what it is. It is not a place to hang out. No lobby. The bar was never open when we were around. The dining area was good for breakfast but didn’t allow you to come in and eat a snack while taking a call or catching up on work. So, the rooms are great. Location is great. Place is very well maintained. It’s just not a place to hang out.
