We got a double room at the top floor and it had a huge balcony! Very good conditions and spacious room! The shower was a bit tight in space for someone as tall as me, but other than this, the room was very good. The only thing that would have it even better would be if the room had air conditioning. It only had a floor fan which helps but isn’t great. We’ll definitely consider coming back, but if you suffer from heat during summer, just note there are other options in the area that do have air conditioning in case you really need it.

Hôtel bien situé près du port idéal pour embarquer lors d’une croisière. Chambre propre avec tout le confort attendu. Personnel agréable eta l’écoute.

A menudo elijo alojarme aquí porque las camas son cómodas, es decir, bastante blandas. Suelo elegir una habitación con balcón, ya que son un poco mejores. La habitación era estupenda, pero esta vez las camas me resultaron demasiado duras. Sufro mucho dolor por la artrosis, así que esto me afecta bastante. Me cuesta dormir y me duelen los músculos. Pero finalmente, después de 1,5 analgésicos fuertes, lo conseguí.

Well located with easy access to what most people would like to do on a first trip to Tenerife. The room was fine without having anything truly special to recommend it more: clean & comfortable but no extra amenities to make it stand out. The staff were all helpful and accommodating and we appreciated their help. Good solid choice.

Room was very clean and bed very comfortable. Only downside was lack of shelving in bathroom. Staff very helpful. Could be a bit noisy if there is something on in the nearby square

Vi åt inte frukost.

Dåligt planerat rum. Bl a saknades det avställningsytor och klädkrokar. Hade fått plats med nattygsbord på bägge sidor om sängen. Badkaret onödigt, och var svårt att ta sig i och ur då insidan lutade, bättre med dusch.
