L'accueil du personnel est parfait. Les chambres sont confortables. La piscine de la suite est chauffée (eau très salée). La grande oiscine de l'hotel est top et la vue est superbe. La plage, bien qu'à quelques minutes en voiture...est tres calme et agreable. Georges a été tres charmant egalement. Sejour au top. N'hesitez pas!!

Hotel staff was very nice. The property is very pretty and the rooms are nice. Beautiful view of the sea and Spinalonga. The position of our room and pool on the balcony only afforded us direct sun for a few hours a day. So if you'd like to spend time in the sun using your pool, I would communicate with the hotel to determine which rooms would afford you with that option. We had beautiful weather in the first week of October, however the water in the pool (both on our balcony and the community pool) was very cold and almost unusable. At this price the pools really should be heated to at least 27C. Regarding the restaurant: Breakfast was excellent! We decided to have dinner at the hotel our first night and it was a tremendous disappointment. It was the worst and only substandard meal we had during our 16 days in Greece..

The worst customer service The all inclusive policies is a complete fraud The rooms are destroyed without any maintenance The pillows were old and disgusting I have never been a place in a such terrible condition We had to leave the place in the day after and go to another resorts

Our stay at Elounda Gulf Villas was absolutely excellent. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with warm, personalized service. The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and offered breathtaking views of the sea — the private pool was a true highlight! Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local options. The location is perfect: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the center of Elounda and nearby beaches. Everything was well-organized, from check-in to concierge support. We appreciated all the little details that made our stay so special. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely suggest this location and we will come back!

Beautiful salt water infinity pool, the view was fabulous. A great deal, the room and grounds could use some care, peeling paint, weeds, etc. the staff did not know about local weavers on the island. I tried to find them while I was there, but later on the plane found an article!! I would suggest tours of the local area through the front desk.

Everything was absolutely fabulous! The villa, the facilities, the view, the food and especially the super kind and spoiling staff :) Ee had such a great time so we extended our stay. We’ll definitely come back

Extrem grosszügige Anlage mit Personal, das an Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft nicht zu übertreffen ist! (Maria, Angela, Julie an der Rezeption, Putzpersonal und Hilfskräfte). Jederzeit war innerhalb der weitläufigen Anlage ein Transport mit den Hotel eigenen GolfCard möglich. Wir erhielten ein Upgrade in eine Villa im oberen Teil der Anlage mit privatem Pool (Infinity Pool, herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer). Als vierköpfige Familie hatten wir drei Schlafzimmer sowie eine Küche und ein grosszügiges Wohnzimmer mit Cheminée zur Verfügung. Sowohl das Buffet am Morgen, wie auch am Abend (falls gewünscht) war geprägt von frisch zubereiteten Speisen in Internationaler und traditioneller Art. Die Qualität war hervorragend und hat sich von einer üblichen lieblosen Hotel Küche komplett abgehoben. Wirklich 4-5 Sterne Qualität. Für Ferien in Kreta würden wir sofort wiederkommen! Herzlichen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Beautiful property. Staff could not have been or lovely. Great restaurant and bar. It was a short van ride to a small beach club. Area is quiet, but there was dancing at some dinners. There’s an on site spa. My partner and I loved this place!

Beautiful condo style units. Very nice pool, excellent breakfast included. Staff was outstanding. Location offers a view, but a little too far to walk for shopping or off property restaurants. We had a rental car so that was not an issue for us.

We booked a villa and ended up with the most magnificent view 24/7. The Villa was great and I could go on and on! The Staff was brilliant and special shout out to Maria and Angela who were warm, kind, and had great recommendations for restaurants in Plaka, Agios Nicholas, and Elounda. Everyone at the Elounda Gulf Villas made the experience special. The beach was great, the pool at the villa makes me want one at home. We would stay here again no question. All that said the view was the star. We highly recommend the EGV.

Le personnel est adorable (surtout Maria à l'accueil), le lieu est très agréable et le petit déjeuner est parfait. Néanmoins nous avons été déçu de la différence importante entre les photos de la piscine et de la vue (qui concerne seulement les piscines privées de certaines villas) et la vue depuis la piscine principale qui était la seule à laquelle nous avions accès.

There are so many things to love about the property. The one thing thing that rises to the top was the warmth and hospitality of the entire staff. The front desk, the restaurant, the driver, the beach staff, the cleaning staff. You get the service of a Four Seasons but with more warmth.
