스페인 광장과 가깝고 걸어서 솔 광장, 마드리드 왕궁, 프라도 미술관까지 갈 수 있는 거리인 것이 가장 큰 장점. 조식도 괜찮았다.

this hotel is totally not recommended, if you'd like to have comfort stay. there is no coffee/tea maker, room was chilly. staff were not showing prompt support at all. the only one good thing is location.

It is located in good place(gran via street), easy to go shopping and some tourist places. The facilities in the room are kind of old, but also, the room is not properly soundproofed, so I can hear everything that goes on next door:(

객실 청결도는 만족. 위치도 만족. 서비스는 보통. 딱히 친절하진 않습니다만, 문제없이 지낼 수는 있었습니다. 가장 만족한건 객실 바닥이 마루바닥이라 카페트보다 비교적 청결 했다는 것이고, 하나 별로였던것은 햇빛이 안드는 방을 선택하시면 밤인지 낮인지 모를정도로 어둡다는 것. 다음에 투숙한다면 돈을 좀 더 주고라도 바깥 햇빛이 드는 방을 선택할 것 같아요

Very comfortable room with nice shower and air conditioning. Walking distance to basically every thing for a tourist! Staff were friendly and helpful.

Rentamos 1 habitación con cama matrimonial. Cuando llegamos no la tenían, (no entiendo para que nos piden escoger tipo de habitación si nos van a dar lo que quieran) y además el hombre que nos estaba atendiendo fue muy grosero, hasta que llegó el punto que le dije: oiga solo quiero que me den lo que pague, y me dijo que hasta el siguiente día viera si era posible. Me he quedado en ese hotel al menos 4 veces siempre muy bien, esta vez el servicio al cliente en mostrador pésimo y arrogante.

Hotel nel quartiere Malasana, storico e ben tenuto, affaccia su gran via e consente di girare il centro di Madri a piedi. Ci hanno riservato una camera con terrazzino, piccola ma graziosa, ben tenuta e ben fornita. La colazione è ufficialmente nella top 3 delle migliori colazioni della mia vita: con molti prodotti e lieviti fatti da loro, qualità della materia altissima, varietà, angolo diabetici e gluten free, spremiagrumi automatico e centrifughe appena fatte. Super!

The hotel was excellent. Beautiful decor in the rooms and the staff was helpful. The only issue that I experienced was during check in. For some odd reason, I was not able to check into my room at the same time as my travel partner and we arrived together, and I made the reservation. I had to wait for well over an hour or more which seemed very odd and was rather annoying after a long flight. However, due to the great location I would likely stay again if in Madrid.

Great location, just off Gran Via. Very welcoming staff and the most wonderful buffet breakfast I have ever experienced. The rooms are updated, clean, comfortable and of reasonable size. The property is in the middle of a major renovation, so some floors are completely finished and other still need the corridors renovated. My only complaint was the hand soap was awful bar soap, no specific shampoo ( multi purpose body wash and shampoo), and no lobby water.
