Very luxurious. Great view. Thoughtfully organized. Staffs are amazing, very attentive and kind. One of them even lend us his bus card and charged less.. I booked a private guide via the hotel and he was also very nice!! His name is Danny. Thank you all. I took one star off of the location because the bus comes every 20 mins and it can be a long wait. You might as well hail taxi but than you would have already waited too long... But I think it is much nicer not to stay at hotel downtown. The air downtown is too polluted from old buses and cars.

This hotel is just amazing. Staffs are so attentive and nice. Apartment is perfect.

Nice property with a very accommodating staff

Beautiful views and excellent service. Have stayed in many 5 star hotels and Lirolay suites has been the best in terms of personalized service. The staff helped us coordínate the excursions, recommended restaurants, brought us coffee with hot milk every morning (very punctual) and coordinated massages for us. Cannot wait to return!

The property is really cool. The services are only available for a fee, so it can not be very convenient.

Wonderful apart-hotel in Bariloche. We very much enjoyed the view from the room and the hot tub. They have a great room service option for dinner, too. The location is ideal if you’re looking to spend time near Llou Llou and the city center of Bariloche, as it is in between. Our only complaint was that communication could be improved, but everyone we enountered at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service from my questions prior to arriving to every request b4 n during our stay. Our suite Bosque#6 was spacious, very clean n had an amazing view. Entire hotel is lakefront with a $5 can ride into town. All tours picked us up from the hotel. Plenty of hot water n a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. Living room was large enough to host our friends staying in smaller rooms (same hotel) for wine after dinner. Kitchenette had a microwave, dish soap n sponge n plates/glasses etc. bathroom had soap, shampoo/conditioner. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bfast we got room service..had a ton of food n was delivered promptly. Room darkening blinds n a comfortable bed with extra blankets n pillows made for a great night’s sleep. We stayed for 3 nts n wish we could hv stayed much longer.

Generally loved it. Great staff. Hotel infrastructure is slightly dated. But staff quality makes up for it. People are amazingly nice. Above all the hotel provides an amazing view of the lake.

The service at the property was excellent. The staff was very helpful and gave us a lot of suggestions about the tours and walks The suites were very well equipped and had fabulous views.

The staff here are so incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. Their aim is to please and help. They went over and above to assist us with recommendations, booking excursions, exchanging currency and more! The views are wonderful and the service is even better

O hotel é excelente para famílias com crianças pequenas e também para casais. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar no que for necessário. Reservaram nosso transfer de ida e volta do aeroporto e o motorista (remis) foi extremamente pontual. O café da manhã (pago à parte) é excelente: pedimos o express e estava sempre delicioso, com pães e croissants quentinhos. As instalações são bem limpas, e você pode contratar o serviço de limpeza e de troca de roupas de cama e de banho à parte, conforme a sua necessidade. Achamos isso muito bom, porque é uma limpeza bem completa e você pode escolher o dia e o horário mais conveniente. Se não for necessário em certo dia, é só não pedir. Consideramos uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Bariloche

Hermosa, la vista espectacular y el servicio increíble.

Nos quedamos 3 noches y la suite tiene una vista impresionante al lago Nahuel Huapi. Cuenta con un pequeño espacio para cocina, cama amplia y muy cómoda y jacuzzi techado para contemplar el lago. Es un hotel que invita a quedarse en la habitación y disfrutar Bariloche de una forma distinta. El personal es muy amable, te hacen recomendaciones y son muy atentos a que tu experiencia sea lo más cómoda posible. El desayuno Patagónico es espectacular, más que suficiente para 2 personas, con medias lunas recién hechas, huevo, yogurt y todo preparado al momento. Súper recomendado! Regresaré pronto.

Nice area and staff. Rooms look smaller than in pictures. It would be much better if they didn’t charge extra for services usually included into the services for hotels like this such as cleaning and towel change.
