I visit Medellín every four months, and after a great stay at Tequendama in December, I decided to return for a full week. Unfortunately, this visit was nothing like my previous experience. The bar was closed for my entire stay, and no one mentioned this at check‑in. Yet the front desk still handed out “complimentary drinks” for a bar that wasn’t even operating. When I tried to redeem them at another bar, staff refused to honor them. The whole situation felt like a mockery, not a genuine gesture of hospitality. Basic room service was also disappointing. We had to call twice just to request toilet paper, and hand soap wasn’t provided until the third night. There was also a tournament happening at the hotel, and the winning team partied loudly with no regard for other guests. The noise went late into the night, making it difficult to rest. After this stay, I won’t be returning to Tequendama on my next trip to Medellín this fall.

Excelente desayuno, variado y con ingredientes de calidad

Room wasn't that clean and had small roaches, I've informes them immediately about it and the next day they've sent someone to do a deep cleaning but the situation with roaches in bathroom remain the same. Hotel need some maintanance and staff at front desk wasn't that friendly and didn't even ask if I would like and upgrade.

During breakfast was no service or the boiled egg was smelling spoiled and the scrambled egg wasn't cooked enough, the breakfast staff wasn't friendly, Bath room was slippery, one security was concern about us outside when a homeless came to talk to us

Tienen publicidad engañosa. Uno cobran un impuesto del 19/ a la llegada al hotel, después que uno a pagado en la página un valor. Segundo ofrecen traslado hotel aeropuerto y aeropuerto hotel, lo cual no es cierto dan un número de una empresa que cobra 120.000 mil pesos

La propiedad está en buen lugar, tranquilo y fácil de acceder a otros lugares. Su personal fue atento y colaborativo. La limpieza estuvo muy bien.

El hotel no tiene tiendas cercanas a menos que tomes taxi y puedas ir entre 5-10 minutos de un centro comercial cercano. No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, lo considero de 2 o 3 estrellas, la limpieza era normal, en mi caso escogimos tres habitaciones, las tres tenían problemas de aire condicionado, dos tenían problemas de iluminación y en una tenía hongo en el baño. El personal es amable y servicial. No es un hotel central, pero se llega en taxi o bus a los lugares.

Todo espectacular y el persona amable los recomiendo 100 %
