먼저 약간 기대에 못 미쳤던 점은 킹 침대 두개 있는 방을 예약했는데 침대 하나는 소파를 펼치는 침대였다는 것과 뒤늦게 예약한 거라서 전망 좋은 방은 이미 다 빠졌었겠지만, 지하방에 전망이 그냥 조그만 잔디뿐이었다는 거.... 우리가 여행하며 가장 비싸게 예약했던 호텔이었던 만큼, 시기가 겨울이라 다른 호텔에서는 히터를 틀어도 늘 추웠었고, 루르드에서는 시에서 25도 이하로 규정해놓아 온도를 더올릴 수가 없다고 하는데 다른 곳들도 그런 건지 모르겠지만, 암튼 여행 내내 숙소에서 추워했었는데 이 호텔은 방에 들어서자마자도 포근했고, 침대도 좋아 가장 잠을 편히 잘 잤습니다. 조식이 포함된 거라 아침도 먹었습니다. 뷔페식이 아니라, 주문을 받아 테이블로 배달을 해 주었는데 빵은 바구니에 푸짐히 담아 가져다 주었고, 차도 각자 포트에 담아 가져다 주었습니다. 주차장도 소유하고 있어서 주차비 부담하고 편히 세울 수 있습니다. 성곽 바로 아래에 있어서, 성에서 불꽃놀이나 행사가 있을 때 방문하면 더욱 환상적이었을 장소입니다.

샤토 근처, 좋은 전망, 버스정류장 바로 근처로 기차역에서 도보 이동은 약 20분 소요됨 방이 생각보다 작고 사진과도 다름 엘리베이터 없음 그래도 친절하고 인상을 나쁘지 않았음

L’atout incontestable de cet hôtel est sa situation juste à côté de la cité de Carcassonne mais pas seulement il dispose d’un parking totalement clos et sécurisé, d’une piscine agréable pour se détendre et se rafraîchir, les chambres sont confortables et climatisées et le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct.

Superbe Pro Canon Que dire de plus

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre reposant, la piscine chauffée, l'espace spa hammam et massage excellent. Nous étions en terrasse pour apprécier le feu d'artifice et l'embrasement de la cité. Petit déjeuner complet. Nous apprécions le parking et la possibilité de prendre l'apéro en chambre. Seul point d'amélioration, la chambre face spa était un peu bruyante du fait de lespace passage et la réception juste au dessus... Sinon ras... Nous recommandons fortement !

Lovely hotel at a fabulous location right outside the city walls. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast ample. Definitely stay here when in Carcassone

The room was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The pool and Jacuzzi are unheated as Americans. We did not realize that Jacuzzis in France were unheated. We were put off by this until we discovered that this is pretty much a universal thing in France that Jacuzzis are unheated. They have a restaurant which we had an appetizer sampler and a few drinks and those were good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The plumbing was a little bit weird, and that we were on the ground floor, and when other people were using the plumbing, our sink would go lug, lug lug, and spit out a little bit of water. It gave it a little bit of character.. The most important thing is the view to Corazón is amazing, as far as public transportation which we used we did not rent a car. There are two convenient bus stops. There is one up at Corson, which is great for when you check in because then you’re carrying your bags downhill, and then there is a bus stop that is down the hill, which is convenient because again you’re not carrying your bags up the hill the buses in Corson run I think every 15 to 20 minutes, so very convenient location

We loved some things about this hotel, but found that there were a few things lacking in a 4 star experience: The good: - The room was clean - Having both a bath and separate shower was a bonus - My partner had a massage and facial at the spa and thought it was lovely - The pool area was lovely and not busy at all during our stay - The daytime reception staff were lovely - The location, right outside of the gate to the cite was excellent The bad: - I would expect a small fridge in the room to cool drinks. It was 30°C outside and it would have been helpful to be able to take some cold water out with us whilst exploring Carcassonne - I would expect a 4 star hotel with spa and pool to provide a robe and slippers for guests to use - The night manager/barman was rather short with both ourselves and other guests - The breakfast was not of a standard I would expect. Only one type of unflavoured yoghurt, the pastries were ok, a very small selection of fruit. Coffee at breakfast in a 4 star hotel should be unlimited. We had it included in our room rate (thanks Expedia) but would have been disappointed if I'd paid 18 euro for it. - We had to remove half a dozen wasps from the jacuzzi before using it Would I stay here again? Probably, but only if I could get a good rate and I wouldn't pay for breakfast.

L'hôtel est situé à quelques pas de l'entrée principale de la bastide. Chambre supérieure sans vue et très particulièrement décorée. Petit-déjeuner quelconque avec des viennoiseries moyennes et des pommes en pleine saison de fraises et cerises. Un parking très pratique.
