전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hôtel du Château & Spa Gemology

먼저 약간 기대에 못 미쳤던 점은 킹 침대 두개 있는 방을 예약했는데 침대 하나는 소파를 펼치는 침대였다는 것과 뒤늦게 예약한 거라서 전망 좋은 방은 이미 다 빠졌었겠지만, 지하방에 전망이 그냥 조그만 잔디뿐이었다는 거.... 우리가 여행하며 가장 비싸게 예약했던 호텔이었던 만큼, 시기가 겨울이라 다른 호텔에서는 히터를 틀어도 늘 추웠었고, 루르드에서는 시에서 25도 이하로 규정해놓아 온도를 더올릴 수가 없다고 하는데 다른 곳들도 그런 건지 모르겠지만, 암튼 여행 내내 숙소에서 추워했었는데 이 호텔은 방에 들어서자마자도 포근했고, 침대도 좋아 가장 잠을 편히 잘 잤습니다. 조식이 포함된 거라 아침도 먹었습니다. 뷔페식이 아니라, 주문을 받아 테이블로 배달을 해 주었는데 빵은 바구니에 푸짐히 담아 가져다 주었고, 차도 각자 포트에 담아 가져다 주었습니다. 주차장도 소유하고 있어서 주차비 부담하고 편히 세울 수 있습니다. 성곽 바로 아래에 있어서, 성에서 불꽃놀이나 행사가 있을 때 방문하면 더욱 환상적이었을 장소입니다.

샤토 근처, 좋은 전망, 버스정류장 바로 근처로 기차역에서 도보 이동은 약 20분 소요됨 방이 생각보다 작고 사진과도 다름 엘리베이터 없음 그래도 친절하고 인상을 나쁘지 않았음

Very close to Caracasone Castle Night view of castle is terrific and garden is beautiful Pool and spa is very good. Breakfast is also good

We arrived very early and they gladly let us check in. Property is at the base of the castle and a very short walk. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. The landscaping/gardens are beautiful. This is a great property and you won’t be disappointed

Our family loved this hotel! The staff was so welcoming and the grounds are beautiful. Very convenient for exploring Carcassonne. Our room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely book again!

Lovely room although a little small and the bed was only a double. We didn’t like the huge window between the room and the bathroom there is a blind but still see through. The toilet has a glass door too. Very little privacy, luckily we’ve been married a long time but could be tricky for a new relationship!

El hotel es perfecto, muy lindo por afuera y la habitacion que nos tocó era muy linda y una decoración espetacular. La unica cosa que no nos gustó fue la comida de la cena en el restaurantedel hotel. Todo era calentado en potes de vidrio y del microondas directo para la mesa. Como si todo era congelado en potes de vidrio con tapas y despues calentado en el mismo recipiente

13/10. The tub was big enough for two and I’m a big girl! My only hangup is the rooms are RIGHT by the front desk so my partner and I had to be mindful of noise. Other than that, absolute perfection.

Crise d'asthme due aux oreillers ! Inadmissible ! Et le directeur ne vous croira pas ! Plafond des chambres très bas, irrespirable Pas de fenêtre autour du lit ! Parking payant pour la nuit alors qu'il est dans l'hôtel ! Petit déjeuner enfant facturé plein tarif ! TOTAL pour une nuit : 300 EUR à 2 adultes et 1 enfant.

Only one night in Carcassonne and the old city was a bit of a disappointment, thankfully the hotel was lovely - small, family run, and parking was a bit of a faff - but enchanting. Apart from yet another sliding glass door 'covering' the loo, and annoyingly loud music all evening in the bar/restaurant/garden, it was a nice space to spend time. Food options were limited but nice, staff deserve special mention - top notch! Spaniel is your best friend if you have food, cat takes further convincing- would be amazing in summer I think.

Hotel heeft goede ligging. Kamer belachelijk klein voor die prijs. Ontbijt kost nog eens 17€ extra en was erbarmelijk: oude broodjes, slechte yoghurt.

Déçue par notre séjour. À ce prix nous espérions un vrai 4 étoiles. Nous n avons pas été à l aise dans la chambre. Trop de couacs.

Great location, great massage and lovely staff

awesome hotel, awesome location, awesome staff - cant speak highly enough of this hotel......staff were brilliant, atmosphere was chilled....and views of the old town of Carcassone amazing - also secure parking
