Pool was not clean unfortunately. It looked green.

Frühstück fünf Sterne Abendessen vier Sterne (Fisch und Fleisch waren fast immer zu stark gebraten) reichlich Salat und abwechslungsreiches Gemüse, super! Zimmer war nicht immer zufriedenstellend (Tücher vom Boden vergessen auszuwechseln, Kaffee nicht immer aufgefüllt etc. am letzten Ferientag jedoch alles Tipp Topp! Sehr gute Lage hat dieses Hotel!

Lungt hotell med för äldre. Frukostbuffén var fantastisk. Visst inget att klaga på och kan gärna åka dit igen

Lovely property. Lovely staff. We were the only non-German at the hotel and resort area - not an issue except it felt like little Germany and not Spain. Breakfast was great but no-one ever checked us off a list so we could have got it for free lol! Great air con in room. It was nice and noisy as it drowned out any people and door noises so we slept well as beds were great! Had to pay €4 per night for the safe!! Never done that in over 30 years travelling! Pool towels available from reception.. no deposit required. Great location right across from the beach and promenade. Easy access to 25 bus into town and a2 for airport. Lovely pool with lots of umbrellas and there’s even a bar and food options for lunch.

Locatie dicht aan het strand en uitgaan leven, wat een klein beetje geluids overlast opleverde. schreuwende voorbij gangers. Hotel was ook wel gehorig. ( stoelen van de bovenburen) Jammer dat we voor de kluis op de kamer moesten betalen. Verder prima hotel. Lekker eten. prima personeel.

Inomhuspoolen är en höjdare. Läget vid havet och strandpromenaden får också högt betyg.

Fijn hotel

Very good service, nice staff and incredibly good breakfast (included in the stay).

Rooms were very clean and updated, bedroom walls were thin if you have noisy neighbours. Breakfast food was good with plenty of choice. We went off season so not much around.

(-) In 5 Nächten wurden weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher gewechselt. Hausschuhe gegen ufpreis. Kinderbetrieb der Sauna und des Schwimmbads (bis 20:00). (+) Freundliches Personal.

Leider hatten wir nicht so ein Glück mit unserem direkten Meerblickzimmer. Was aus unserer Sicht gefühlt ein Zimmer mit eingeschränkten Meerblick in der 1 Etage war. Uns wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend angeboten, 2 Tage später nach einem anderen Zimmer zu fragen, wir wollten dann aber 2 Tage vor der Abreise nicht wieder umziehen und ob das geklappt hätte wäre eh fraglich, weil das Hotel ausgebucht war. Der Service und auch das Frühstück waren sehr gut. Wir würden es dennoch nicht wieder buchen, weil die Zimmer uns viel zu klein und auch dazu sehr hellörig sind. Das zu ziehen der Gardine oder Gespärche vom Nachbar sind ohne Probleme zu hören. Wir sind da aber auch sehr empfindlich, dass muss man dazu sagen, aber nach jeder Bettbewegung der Nachbarn um spätestens 6:30 Uhr war an Schlaf nicht mehr zu denken. vor der Abreise nicht wieder umziehen, weil die

A very nice hotel, in great location and very good breakfast !

Zimmer gut, neuer möbiliert. Schöne Aussicht. Küche durchschnitt, Personal im Gastrobereich unterdurchschnittlich besetzt, Freundlichkeit könnte auch besser sein. Aber alles noch akzeptabel.

2nd visit to Acapulco hotel, and looking to book another, as I had such a pleasant stay. Room was pleasant and the lighting was good. TV had several English channels as well as German Italian and Austrian. Food was excellent, with a great deal of choice. Entertainment was reasonable but not to travel for. Indoor pool quite small but warm, with a Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, but don't forget that people don't bother with costumes when using the sauna etc here, it's quite accepted. Parking near the hotel is difficult, even in November, I don't think I'd try in high season. Bus (25) to Palma over the road takes max 30 minutes and costs 2 euro, some terminate by cathedral (Placa reina) or others go round the inner ring road (avenidas?) to Placa de espana. Airport bus stops very close too, but I think that is 5 euro.
