We had a comfortable room with a patio overlooking the Douro River. Staff very friendly. The only negative from our point of view was the window from the shower into the room. The botton 2/3 rds are translucent and upper 1/3 clear. If a light is turned on in bathroom bedroom is lit up as well . Also the obvious privacy issues. Other than the the room , hotel , staff, bar and restaurant are great.

O hotel é agradável e bem localizado. Os recepcionistas foram extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. O restaurante pode melhorar. Os pratos estavam ruins e pequenos para o preço. Além disso, o serviço feito por agendamento é ruim. Chegamos 10 minutos antes com bebe de colo, o restaurante estava vazio e ainda assim tivemos que esperar.

Hotel novo, quarto amplo e muito confortável! Bom ponto de paradas para visitar vinícolas e também ficar perto da cidade. Café da manhã e restaurante muito bons.

The staff were wonderful, especially Gil. The location was close to the city and really beautiful.

Acredito que pela localização próxima ao rio tudo fica muito úmido e os quartos com um cheiro mais de mofo, porém os corredores são bem cheirosos. A localização é perfeita.

Dinner was poor, Smelly fish, soggy pasta, The room had an odour, Reception staff were great, Modern bar.

Great view on the riverside. Staff were really nice and friendly despite us rocking up early unannounced
