이번 피렌체 여행을 포함해서 총 2번 이 호텔에 머물렀습니다. 2017년도에 가족 여행을 왔을 때 너무 만족스러워서 이번 여행에도 고민하지 않고 이 호텔을 예약했는데, 결과적으로 이번에도 너무 좋았어요! 우선 프론트 데스크의 직원분들이 정말 정말 친절해서 매일 환대받는 기분이 들었어요. 조식도 깔끔하게 좋았고 호텔 인테리어가 예쁘고 세련되서 더 좋았던 것 같습니다. 저도 엄마도 호텔 컨디션이나 청결에 정말 민감한 편인데 그런 부분도 모두 만족스러웠구요. 무엇보다 호텔 위치가 우피치 바로 옆이라 늦은 밤에도 관광하기 안전하고 좋았습니다! 다음에 또 피렌체에 오게 된다면 이 호텔에 머물 예정이에요~!

직원들이 매우 친절하고 다정합니다. 방이 넓고 쾌적하고 부억시설도 유용했습니다. 조식은 그렇게 다양하진않지만 그런대로 먹을만했고 다만 무료로 제공되는 물이 없는게 아쉬웠습니다

방에 작은 부엌 화장실이 있고 창에서 두오모가 보입니다. 친절하고 위치도 적절하고 괜찮았습니다.

근처에 관광지가 모여있으며 방이 매우 좋음

시뇨리아 광장 바로 옆으로 위치, 청결도, 직원친절, 조식 아주 우수합니다. 이그제큐티브 스윗에 묵었는데 주방 시설, 집기에 전자렌지까지 갖추어있습니다. 좀 좁고 느린 엘리베이터(이태리에선 흔히 그렇습니다. 그래도 청결)와 프런트 근무 시간이 한정적이라는 점 외에는 뭐라 흠 잡을 점이 없습니다. 아주 우수합니다.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, and we stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi. I will say it needs more dining options and better room service during the evening.

The staff was beyond nice and it was super centrally located which allowed us to walk the city freely!

Hotel bem centralizado, atendentes e gerentes muito simpáticos mas não voltaria. Na primeira noite que chegamos, tínhamos acabado de ser roubadas. Roubaram nossa mala de mão no trem com passaportes e todos os nossos pertences, o recepcionista não queria nos deixar hospedar no hotel. Não teve a mínima sensibilidade e bom senso, as delegacias de polícia estavam fechadas, não havia o que fazer e éramos duas mulheres sozinhas. Eu e minha filha de 18 anos. Após eu me exaltar com a negação em nos hospedar mesmo estando toda a hospedagem paga e tendo cartão de crédito como garantia, o recepcionista aceitou a foto do meu passaporte que eu tinha no celular. Nos colocou num quarto horrível que nada condizia com as fotos dos sites. No dia seguinte eu solicitei a mudança de quarto e eles prontamente me concederam. No novo quarto sim, as condições eram ótimas. O gerente foi ótimo e tentou reparar da melhor maneira possível a insensatez do funcionário da noite anterior. De qualquer forma o hotel tem uma avaliação nos sites de hotel que, na minha opinião, não condizem com a realidade. Já fiquei em hotéis muito melhores em Firenze. O San Firenze, na minha opinião tem apenas uma excelente localização, nada mais.

Amazing stay

The staff was extremely helpful and made many arrangements on our behalf before our arrival. The location was absolutely perfect in the heart of Firenze but a street or two from all of the hustle and bustle so a really nice respite from the crowds. Amazing little piazza with many restaurants and felt so walkable and safe. The room was sizeable and gave us much space to relax and decompress. We enjoyed the Breakfast and apertivo service each day. We will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at San Firenze Suites & Spa. The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk to many of Florence’s main attractions, which made sightseeing very convenient. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with recommendations and arrangements. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

Very nice boutique hotel

Centrally located and very walkable with lots of restaurant and bar options at your door step. Generous free breakfast with prosecco included. House keeping refreshes towels more than once a day as well. Decent sized rooms.

Ótima localização, andamos o centro histórico todo a pé. Nosso quarto era grande e renovado, no 4andar, com um vista linda para a praça. Fomos recebidos com macarons e uma garrafa de prosecco, adoramos a gentileza! Muito silencioso, cama e travesseiros confortáveis, boa qualidade da roupa de cama e de banho, bom café da manhã, enfim, voltaria com certeza!
