We stayed there for one night in July and we were really satisfied with the hotel. The staffs were so kind and the price was reasonable, and the rooms had ACs. They offered the breakfast and it was very good. Just everything was perfect. We really liked staying there. One thing is that it took about 10 minutes to get there from the station. With a big bag, it could be hard because of the bumpy stone road. We took a taxi when we go back to the station. It did not cost much beause of the short distance.

Great location in the old town and only 10 minutes walk from the train station. Hotel was lovely and clean and modern. Staff great. Room and amenities all great. Fab breakfast. Take ear plugs though as those church bells are loud!

Room was excellent, exceptional high standard of cleanliness. staff were super friendly, very helpful and above all excellent customer service. Breakfast €10 was brilliant value and amazing selection for continental breakfast items including a hot selection of food, selection of fresh juices and a selection of sweet pastries. Highly recommend.

Great staff rooms cozy

Staff were great, located in the old town next to the beautiful private Villa-museum.

The front desk clerk was very good and they allowed us to sit for breakfast earlier than it actually opened as we’re had an early train out. Air conditioning was turned off at the hotel.

Bedside lamp light bulb out

Excellent location and very very friendly and helpful staff. And that’s where the positives end. The room was dated, but that can happen. More worryingly, it was very dirty. I stay in hotels biweekly, and it’s been some time that I stayed in a property this filthy. There were clouds of dust on the floor, with dead flies, ants and whatnot trapped in spider webs. The shelfs in the “wardrobe” were similarly dirty. The walls had blood spots (probably from the killed mosquitos), the blinds on the windows too. Shower had poor water pressure and water was lukewarm at best. The AC functioned, but emitted sounds of an old tractor. Windows provide no sound insulation.

The Hotel Centrale in Tirano is lovely. The check in experience was very easy. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were very well appointed. The bath towels were oversized which I really appreciated. It is well located to walk to cafes, restaurants, sights etc. I would definitely stay at this gem of a hotel again.

A very pleasant stay. Polite and helpful staff. Close to all amenities and quiet.

Great location to spend the night before or after the Bernina Express thru the Alps

Comfortable hotel in the heart of the old section of Tirano. Ten minute walk from the train station. Hotel staff were exceptional.

This is such a nice hotel, very clean, with a comfortable, firm bed and great AC. The buffet breakfast was inexpensive, and had a lot of options. The staff are lovely.
