Nice clean hotel. wonderful beach. very good restaurants in the neighborhood

I would recommend this hotel overall; however, there are a few areas that could be improved. While the restaurant staff completed their tasks as expected, the service lacked warmth and engagement. There was minimal interaction with guests, limited smiles, and an overall sense that the team was not fully enjoying or confident in their roles. This affected the overall dining experience. I would like to specifically acknowledge Denzil and the other chefs, who did a great job from the very first day of our visit. Their effort, consistency, truly stood out. Although the resort is rated as a five-star property, the service in some areas did not fully reflect that standard. The staff appears to lack overall experience and confidence, which understandably comes with time and training. As examples: • At checkout, we were not asked about our stay or given an opportunity to share feedback, despite having stayed for 8 nights. • We had to remind the staff about our food and service discount, as it was not applied automatically. That said, I would still recommend this resort to guests who are willing to overlook these gaps, as the property itself has strong potential and certain teams are clearly doing a great job 👏

Comfortable stay with an impressive breakfast spread.

Staff were great, location is good. Nice surrounding area with some good dining options on the doorstep. The beach is great, it’s a short walk from the hotel, but that was no problem for us. We booked a Radisson suite which was nice but a bit tired and probably due a refurb. Pool area was great. Staff were the best feature. Kids club was not great, we left our kids (9 and 5) in there once for an hour for an advertised activity. My 9 year old said the activity was over very quickly and then they were just left to their own devices in a little toddler play room, while two young men (staff) played table tennis and basically ignored them. My 5 year old needed the toilet but there was no one she felt she could ask to show her to the toilet (there wasn’t a toilet in the kids club) so had to hold it in. We didn’t use the kids club again. If it wasn’t for the poor kids club experience we would go back to this hotel, but would ask for a suite which had been refurbished more recently. Given the kids club we will definitely go back to Goa but will try somewhere else next time

overall, the checkin was slow. The staff were more than will to make up for it. Overall it's a great property which runs itself. The senior management is nowhere to be seen and have little regard for customers. The breakfast options are limited, mainly indian and one cart with goan delicacies. The restaurant is good on a quiet day which is most of the days but on a full schedule the restaurant has a melt down, managers forget their roles and chaos reigns. You have to wait for 30- 40 mins to get anything.

This was a fantastic stay at Goa Radisson Blu, we enjoyed the quietness, serenity, private beach access and staff service. We would specifically mention the hospitality of the staffs and the food at upper deck restaurant. The chefs were amazing and they checked every time our need and taste buds. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back in near future. Love and respect to Radisson Blu and all staffs🙏🙏

Staff were fabulous, location great. First room we stayed in was a bit noisy with all the events going on, but hotel were happy to move us somewhere quieter. Rooms all good, and beach was great as was breakfast.

Check in top avec Welcina (nous avons pu bénéficié de la chambre dès 11h et ce sans supplément) ce qui était un vrai bonheur après notre vol en provenance de Cochin arrivé à 8h). Une restauration de qualité avec une équipe avec un personnel attentif et disponible. Enfin un check out rapide (merci Swizzle) après lequel nous avons profité d'un taxi réservé à l'hotel pour visiter Figueirido House puis Old Goa et rejoindre l'aeroport de Dabaulim pour 16h30 ( départ de l'hôtel à 10h30 ). Enfin une plage immense propre!!! à 5 mn de marche où l'on peut se baigner en toute tranquillité (sauveteur secouriste) par contre attention aux moustiques uniquement dans le petit chemin qui mène à la plage.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was fantastic. Limited dining options and limited pubs or bars inside the property.

Overall the property was really nice and had convenient access to the beach. Rooms were a good size and the staff was responsive and very friendly. The only thing I didn’t like was that there were “chargeable” services that I felt should be included given the price. For instance select games in the kids room were chargeable (ie pool and air hockey) along with the steam room and jacuzzi. Seems absurd to pay extra for those things.

Lovely building, decorated beautifully for Christmas. The service was fabulous & super kind. A little more training for the younger people could help. The spa with Binyha was the absolute best massage I’ve had, the facial not as good but again through Products & facilities. Products out of packets. I urge you to have a massage as truly amazing.
