I had an amazing experience at TRS YUCATAN for my honeymoon. Before our trip, I contacted the hotel via email to let them know it was our honeymoon, and they surprised us with honeymoon events and decorations in our room and throughout the facilities. I was truly touched by their attention to detail and care. What I liked the most was how friendly the staff were. If I ever visit again, I would definitely want to stay at TRS YUCATAN.

I’m willing to recommend your hotel to my friends. The experience of TRS was extremely great and your services. I was so surprised by your team with anniversary ceremonies which is making heart with rose leaves, special table at Tentazione and so on. The team of buttler Maggie and Ramon supported me to enjoy hotel areas.

Visited for honeymoon. We were truly happy to be here. Very nice buttler and staff, all inclusive service was perfect. Premium experience offer must be choosen if you are here with a special person. Things that I strongly recommend; - Swimming pool in infinite pool near Helios - Lobster in Helios - Steak in El Gaucho - Breakfast & Lunch in Capricho (We went there everyday) - Hidrotherapy and swimming in Spa - Chic Cabarat I wish I could visit TRS Yucatan every year :) Thank you very much for the service, it was highly rememberable honeymoon. You guys are the best!!

If you somehow landed on my comment, I honestly advise not to book this resort and take your extra time to look for another options in cancun. Do not book this one. This is not all an all inclusive service, everything is extra charge and they will call you, come to your dinner tables to constantly ask you to make those extra payments. You do not feel welcomed when checking in, because they will ask you to upgrade to premium with extra charge. All the staffs & butler will monitor you & the schedule. All dinner must be reserved in advance, no walk in. Cannnot relax at all in this kind of envionment. So stressed with constant marketing and scheduing and planning throughout the vacation. This is same as working environment. Not clean room because beds have ants. Disgusting. The property is too big to go around on foot; you constantly have to ask for shuttle service. The beach is far away from the property. The worst is the butler service. They will make everything your fault. They will come into the room even with the do not disturb sign on. They discriminate you for not being fluent in English. What an experience. This is not a 5 star resort. Not worth the money. Its an hour away from the airport - so not the effort & time. Just dont book this place.

This was my husband and my first time in Mexico and we couldn't have chosen a better resort. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We stayed in Villa 69 in a Jr. Jacuzzi Suite and it was perfect. Our butlers Ricardo and Lisandra handled our every need, no matter how big (like needing a new T.V because ours malfunctioned) or small (like insisting on getting us ice). We enjoyed all of the food and drink options offered and had reservations at El Gaucho (10/10), Tentazione (10/10), and La Boheme (only had dessert but 7/10). We were surprised with rose petals on our table at Tentazione for our 5 year weddings anniversary, with chocolate writing on our dessert plate, with rose petals on our bed on the last night, and with a bottle of Chebrie. The pools were amazing and the beach was stunning. We participated in Bingo which was the Every employee and staff member in all of the Grand Palladium Resorts were professional, friendly, and a joy to interact with. We were saddened that we had to leave, but are excitedto come back in the future. A special shout out to Ricardo and Lisandra for everyhting they did, the expedia Ambassador Fernanda Garcia Pichardo for organizing the special touches (rose petals and wine), and to the staff of Tentazione (Hostesses Ivonne and Sayta, waiter Pedro and manager Adilene) for making our dinner so special.

This was the first time my husband and I have ever done an all-inclusive resort and we had a wonderful experience. The property was absolutely gorgeous and well maintained, the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind and the food was fantastic. We enjoyed the pools as well as how convenient their beach front property was and loved how we had access to the amenities on the entire property. The food far exceeded our expectations and we found everything to be fresh and delicious. Additionally, their staff were phenomenal. We loved our villa butler and he did so many thoughtful little things for us that made our stay special. Additionally, the cleaning staff were amazing. In the future, we would recommend this resort to family and friends and would prioritize staying at another one of the properties managed by this hotel company.

Unforgettable 10th Anniversary at TRS Yucatan! We recently stayed at TRS Yucatan to celebrate our 10th anniversary, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch, and the resort consistently exceeded our expectations. The food was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to choose from, and we especially appreciated the selection of premium alcohol available throughout the property. We highly recommend checking out the Bingo Show and Chic Cabaret. While they come at an extra cost, both were absolutely worth it and a highlight of our trip. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing butlers, Susana and Moses, whose warm and attentive service made our stay even more memorable. They truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend TRS Yucatan to anyone looking for a relaxing, upscale getaway!

The resort is very beautiful, the hospitality was very good. Nice staff from the moment before you check in to the moment to leave to the airport. Didn’t get to try all the food but what we ate while staying was very enjoyable. Nice environment, the rooms are spacious but the A/C wish it would’ve had the room cooler, weather is very humid. TV ended up not working on our last 2 days. But overall for sure would come again!

Excellent customer service and fast transportation

Everything was amazing from start to finish! The resort was very clean, and the food and drinks were very good as well. Definitely already planning another trip soon!

The food was excellent along with the cleanliness and service of the hotel and staff. Our ocean view jr suit was just what we hoped for.

We booked a private transfer which was great! Would highly recommend. Upon arrival at the resort, we were welcomed in and received a drink, hot towel, and warm reception 😊 Mich did a great job checking us in. One of the drivers brought us to our room with our luggage. Our resident butler showed us how everything worked and answered any questions that we had. It was great! One of the drivers, Alejandro was amazing. He was so friendly and willing to share stories of his family with us. A true blessing ❤️ The grounds are beautiful and there are plenty of wildlife to see. I enjoyed that very much. The pools were nice and never over-crowded. No issues with the food. There was always something good to eat. My one minor complaint is the tacos are never ready when the restaurant opens. I really like 🌮 tacos. The only reason we did not rate this an Excellent is for our last day. We were up early for breakfast as our driver was to arrive at 8:30 am. When we returned to our room, the lock didn’t work. We called the office to find that maintenance doesn’t start until 8:00 am. We needed this taken care of immediately as we had to prepare for departure. It took four phone calls before we finally had someone come out and fix the lock so we could get in. Then, somehow, we were checked out of the room without doing anything. No phone, no television, no re-entry, just booted out of the system. We received an apology. I believe it was sincere, but it was a sad way to complete the vacation.

Definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxed vibe, amazing service and staff, delicious drinks! Beautiful location

En realidad nuestra estancia fue maravillosa. El equipo en todo momento está dedicado a satisfacer en todo las necesidades de los clientes. Es difícil encontrar un personal tan servicial y dispuestos a hacer hasta lo imposible por satisfacer a los huéspedes. La comida excelente. Y sobretodo el trato amable y servicial del capitán Daniel, Pualina y todas las señoritas que trabajan en los restaurantes desde que uno entra hasta que sale. Quedamos muy agradecidos.
