여기 무조건 추천! 친절하고 방이 쾌적해요 중간중간 청소해주셨는데 너무 센스있고 청결해요 버스정류장 가까워서 이동 힘들지 않아요 아침 브런치도 좋고 침대 크고 침구 너무 편안해요 좋은 여행이였어요 : )

It was a very nice place and the staff were amazing.

Two night stay with the wife. Staff always friendly and had time to chat. Room was spacious and clean. The in room thermostat took some working out, but that may be me. Breakfast was great. View of Wembley at night was good. The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but public transport is accessible. We would stay again without hesitation.

At first it felt like a nice place, clean, great guy at reception who was helpful and friendly, room was spacious with decent sized bed, a kitchenette with kettle, fridge freezer, microwave. Nice size shower cubicle. But…. No hair dryer No sink plug No place to put your clothes in bathroom Noise was unbelievably loud from the outside Airconditioning was fixed at 24o so kind of heating only- pointless But all that was beaten by the extremely loud fire alarm that triggered every night!!!! We nearly had a heart attack being deep asleep and woken up by such loud noise above the bed. Not worth.

Compact clean room and with big fridge and microwave plus convenient location for what I needed. Helpful staff advised bus routes etc

It was excellent. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the tv was huge, and the bed and bathroom were a good size. No complaints whatsoever. I would definitely recommend it. 10/10.

The hotel has clearly been modernised recently. The staff are super friendly and the cafe offers a huge range of food.

This hotel is a gem in northwest London, very affordable, good and variety menu. Great happy staff and lovely clean room. . Very satisfied customer. Thanks to Jacob, Mohammed and lady staff. Gem

Location access to OVO arena was good with a bus stop outside. Tiniest double room ever. Very average bed. Just done hangers but no storage space for clothes. Bathroom , no toilet roll holder, no towel rail. TV very laggy on app & Freeview. Breakfast was good , better first day, stingy on hash browns on second. Worst thing was price of parking £15 per day.

ホテルの方が皆さん親切で、拙い英語でも頑張って理解してくれようとしてくださいました。 朝ごはんもつけていたのですが、毎日飽きなくて美味しくて4日間朝が楽しみでした😊ラテやジュースも出してくれて感動しました！コスパ最高です！お部屋の広さも十分です！ アメニティは、電子レンジがあるのが個人的にすごく嬉しかったです！ただ、日本だと当たり前にあると思っていたドライヤーが有料レンタルだったので、持参することをおすすめします。また、最終日遊びから戻るとトイレが壊れてしまっていましたが、ロビーにトイレが複数あるので特に問題ありませんでした。 立地は、少し駅から遠いですがバスを使えば問題なかったです！周辺はとても暗いので、夜遅くは注意した方がいいかもです。 またロンドンに行った際には是非活用したいと思えるホテルでした✨

The hotel is very easy to get to - bus 440 stops right outside which you can get outside the tube station. The breakfast choice is incredible and the level of service is excellent - better than some 4* hotels I’ve stayed out. The micro twin room was much bigger than I expected and beds were comfy. The only minor downside was the shower was temperamental with its temperature. In the rooms there was a fridge, kettle, tea and coffee which was great and another benefit that not even 4* hotels have. I would definitely stay here again.

Dana was excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. Went out of her way to make our stay excellent. Very good breakfast included. If it wasn't on the menu they would still make it for you if they had the ingredients. All the staff were friendly and courteous.

Great place to stay for Wembley concert bus from just up the road to Wembley taking 20mins. Comfortable beds and great amenities

Exceeded expectations, a really smart, clean budget hotel.
