전체 평가 및 리뷰 SureStay Plus by Best Western Montrose

시설 자체는 숙박하기 괜찮았으나, 조식은 지금까지 다녀 본 그 어떤 숙소와 비교해도 최악이었다. 조식 포함된 수 많은 숙박 시설에서 지내 봤지만, 이 곳은 가장 먹을 것이 없었다. 먹을 것은 빵, 와플, 커피, 물이 다였다. 식빵도 없었고, 주스도 없고, 우유, 계란은 아예 볼 수 없었다. 결국 빵(포장된 제품)과 커피, 와플로 배를 채울 수 밖에 없었다.

Staff was never available, had sign to call someone who never picked up. Rooms weren’t ready when we arrived at 1730. Was told to wait 30-45 mins while employees were smoking in front of the entrance.

Older facility in need of updating. Adequate but not great. Noisy and smelly AC unit in the room. Had an issue with the toilet not working properly that did not get resolved during our two-night stay.

Liked location, close to blue mesa and black canyon. Check in and check out was horrible felt bad for employees, complaining from guess. Wrost place to stay on a road trip.

Room wasnt confirmed. Staff had no ability to work on it. Manager was not available. First room had bad smell, ac unit screamed. They had to open another room manually and it screamed too. We left. Do NOT stay here.

For the most part the guy that checked us in was super nice and told us about so cool things in the area. The beds were pretty comfortable but honestly this place and the rooms were pretty outdated and ran down. I paid like $150 a night and I do not think it was worth that much at all. The shower curtain didn’t look like it had been changed in awhile because the bottom corner where the magnet it, it was all black and moldy so that just makes you think if the sheets were changed at all. Another thing I didn’t like was that there was no vanity, just a sink so you couldn’t set anything down on it to do your hair or makeup. The breakfast was really good for how run down the hotel was. We did not use the pool or hot tub but they said it was shared and you had to walk through the parking lot to get to it so it’s not actually on property.

Microwave refrigerator didn’t even work

The room was clean and quiet, just right for a quick overnight.

The first room we were put in had not been cleaned. However Patrick was quick to get us moved to another room and very apologetic. The hotel is dated and the a/c unit was quite noisy ( I don't mind because I need white noise to sleep). Overall the room was ok. The next morning we had kids running like animals above us so couldn't sleep and the dog across the hallway barking. (If you're traveling with either you need to keep them under control!) Was very satisfied with the customer service and friendly staff at front desk

Pool was nice. Many things broken or not working right in room. Staff did attempt to fix it all.

Terrible, there was hair in the bathtub, sheets weren’t changed they were wrinkled and you can tell the room hadn’t been serviced. Was some BS I couldn’t get refunded after terrible service like that!

The heater made a terrible noise. The shower/tub combo looked ok, but when you stood up inside it made cracking noises… I don’t know if it was a sign that it was going to break while you were taking a shower or it was something related to installation. We didn’t use the washer but it was broken. Breakfast was very lacking they had run out of everything.

Room was not really clean , dog hair around and the linens on the bed with hair

I have been in Montrose for about a month using motels to recoup after camping for work. I have tried at least 3 other lodging options and Surestay has been the best option by a long shot. Stephanie, Patrick and Evelyn have been amazing and made me feel very welcome. The rooms are extremely well kept, the breakfast is available as promised and piping hot. I think I actually enjoyed a full meal this morning after a long month of scrounging snacks and quick bites. The pool is refreshing and the hot tub is a rejuvenating 104 degrees Fahrenheit. I was so impressed that I have decided to extend my stay through memorial weekend. If you are tired and in need of a promise kept, I encourage you to book a stay here at the Surestay Plus by Best Western. You will not regret it.

Only issue was that when I checked in and it was obvious that I was alone and young. There were several people close by and I did not appreciate that the person checking me in said my name, that the room was for only 1 person AND my room number very loudly. That information should never be spoken aloud for safety purposes.

We were suprised (in a good way) by the staff, breakfast and the proximity to the Black Canyon National Park. We will stay there again!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Super pet friendly. Breakfast was good. The king room was small but clean. A/C was super loud. Not too many amenities. The side door of the back building had no lock.

The door to the building we stayed in was not locked at night, there was shady stuff happening in the back parking lot by our room. They were out of everything, the ice machine was broken. Not impressed, will not stay there again.
