청소년 자녀들을 동반한 가족여행으로 최적인 숙소입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 5번가와 까가워서 식사와 쇼핑하기가 아주 좋습니다. 객실은 제공된 사진과 거의 같았고 대부분의 청결은 좋은 상태로 유지되어있었지만 바닥청소 상태가 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 정원은 미니 정글같고 방갈로 앞의 해먹은 최고입니다. 검은 고양이 네로가 그리울 것 같습니다.

위치가 정말 좋음. 방청소하는 분이 여러명인데 그 중 수건으로 동물 모양 만드는 분은 청보소다는 동물수건 만들기에 훨씬 신경쓰시는 듯. 그거 말고는 다 좋았음.

Amazing location

Le personnel est excellent et parle bien espagnol et anglais, il y a un stationnement privé et surveillé, et tout est très propre et nettoyé chaque jours. L'hôtel fourni des serviettes et des chaises de plage, ce qui est très pratique. Par contre, la photo montrée n'est pas la piscine de l'hôtel, ce qui est une publicité un peu trompeuse. C'est la piscine de l'hôtel voisine, auquel nous n'avons pas accès... Toutefois, il y a aussi une piscine à l'hôtel qui est bien, mais peut-etre pas aussi grande que celle montrée sur les photos. Le spa est aussi assez froid ( environ 85-90 deg F) et vous aurez donc sûrement froid si la température extérieure est faible.

Pros: Beautiful property and gardens, friendly and helpful staff. Cons: We started in room 122, a palapa room. Beautiful space but club noise was intolerable. Moved to 126, also palapa. Beautiful space. Club noise loud, but tolerable. But in a cold snap in Playa room was FREEZING overnight. Staff provided extra blankets but we were pretty uncomfortable. Recommend the hotel, but not the palapa rooms.

Wonderful for our family! Had a great time. Location is great, close to the beach, restaurants, town, very walkable. Appreciated the transportation service to and from the airport, well worth it. Be sure to message the hotel on whatsapp at least 2 to 3 days before you go, so the ride can be set up and you can discuss details, it is necessary. One thing to know, the pool outside is not heated, which in the winter season means it was quite chilly so we did not use it. The hot tub was heated and became warm for us by midday, we enjoyed it several times. We understand from speaking to other tourists that this is common in the winter for other pools also. The beds were a bit firmer than we are used to, but we all still got good sleep. Everyone was very kind and helpful, they also accommodated us in English which we appreciated, and things are kept very clean. Adorable towel animals after housekeeping came, our child loved them. It feels like a family place, not a giant resort. It was a very relaxed way to visit the area. Very safe also.

Liz, one of the staff at the hotel, was such a great help while checking in! Expedia falsely advertised two different rooms in Playa Del Carmen, but Liz saved our trip and upgraded our room for the false advertising from EXPEDIA!!!!

The rooms were clean, the garden view rooms had a very jungle-y feel. There was wildlife all around! We loved it here and will be back.
