청소년 자녀들을 동반한 가족여행으로 최적인 숙소입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 5번가와 까가워서 식사와 쇼핑하기가 아주 좋습니다. 객실은 제공된 사진과 거의 같았고 대부분의 청결은 좋은 상태로 유지되어있었지만 바닥청소 상태가 약간 아쉬웠습니다. 정원은 미니 정글같고 방갈로 앞의 해먹은 최고입니다. 검은 고양이 네로가 그리울 것 같습니다.

위치가 정말 좋음. 방청소하는 분이 여러명인데 그 중 수건으로 동물 모양 만드는 분은 청보소다는 동물수건 만들기에 훨씬 신경쓰시는 듯. 그거 말고는 다 좋았음.

I just wanted to share how wonderful our stay at the Palmar 3 Suite was! The suite has three stories. The first floor has a washer, dryer, master bedroom, and another bedroom with a full bathroom. The second floor is the main floor with the kitchen, living room, and another bedroom with a bathroom. The third floor is the rooftop deck with chairs. Each floor also has a balcony with chairs. The A/C worked great, we were actually cold, which we love. The staff was friendly and informative, and the suite is within walking distance to Quinta Avenida, the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only minor complaint is the grill, they charge $25 each time you use it and clean it for you. We were too busy to use it, and I couldn’t find it on the rooftop where it should have been. Also, the toilets had low water pressure, but it wasn’t a big deal. Lastly, if you don’t mind noise, you’ll be fine. There’s loud music from restaurants and performances at night, which can be a bit much if you’re sensitive to noise. Other than that, this place was great, and we’ll definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area. The amenities were excellent, and everything exceeded my expectations. Estuvimos en un bungalow y nos encantó, muy agradable y muy limpio, el personal muy amable y solo una cuadra de la 5a ave, propiedad recomendada.

Staff was incredible. Location was perfect! Walking distance to closes beach club was a block away. One block from 5th Avenue. The grocery store is about 3 blocks away. ADO station is within reasonable walking distance if your not carrying a lot of luggage. Despite how close the hotel is to the main strip you could not hear noise. The greenery all over the property makes you forget you’re at a hotel. I plan to go back! The bungalows are the best. Worth every penny.

The property was amazing you get a whole two bedroom small apartment all to yourself amazing view 8min walk to the beach and right on 5th street live music food shopping perfect location lots early morning runners and pet owners loved the property!!!

Gracias a todos por sus atenciones, servicios y disponibilidad. Si deseas un lugar egocéntrico para caminar a todos los lugares de Playa del Carmen este es el lugar ideal. Tiene las estaciones de servicios de tour también muy cerca a la propiedad. Si preguntas por el servicio de transporte también te lo incluyen por un precio accesible.

Such a cool place! It’s so peaceful and quiet. Beautiful gardens, chirping birds , hammocks on the porch. Just a very simple relaxing place to stay. Highly recommend!
